While I rated them well based on the value and quality for the priced paid, I am disappointed about one aspect of the transaction. As others have said, Gareth was amazing and made the transaction super easy. What became disappointing was that we referenced a timeline for which delivery was needed (by 1/22) and was told they could easily meet the request. Needless to say, upon calling back while Gareth was off to follow-up I received the bad news that they cannot meet the commitment. While I am not certain what changed or where the disconnect may have occurred, I am deeply disappointed. Lest something changes in the next twenty-four hours, we will have to go without resolving the issue and left somewhat disappointed. Please note that we are and will remain Arizona Leather loyal customers.

I am so grateful we came to this place. We've been shopping for a sectional and additional sofa for our house for over 8 months and have had the hardest time finding what we wanted. We finally made the decision to visit Arizona Leather and we are so happy we did. Gareth is the most knowledgeable furniture guru we've ever met. His customer service was wonderful and unmatched. Absolutely Horrible! I will never buy another couch from them again! This is what happened after 9 months of using. Its only gotten worse since using their cleaner. They wont return my calls to fix the problem.

It was great working with Gareth to order our new family room furniture. He was really patient and took plenty of time to explain the different types of leather that would work best in our home, especially since we have dogs that take over our space! This will be our second purchase with Gareth and we absolutely recommend him!
