My experience at Arizona Tile was a great experience.
Very professional and attentive staff. Friendly and very knowledgeable on the products they offer.

All our counter material for our project (kitchen, kitchenette, all bathroom vanities), bathroom floor tile, shower floor tile, and various grout materials came from Arizona Tile. As the photos show, it turned out great and we could not be happier with the finished product featuring the quartz in linen color and the terrazzo floor tiles. The showroom and product selection process was second to none. And the customer service experience was literally perfect.

On all of the above my tile and counter fabrication subcontractors had errors and needed to add overage material orders, so I'm guessing I had a solid dozen interactions with AZ Tile along the way, all A+. Marta was running lead but literally everyone I ever dealt with was sharp, friendly, customer service oriented and efficient. It is clear to me that this company has excellent training, systems and people in place to ensure a consistent high quality customer experience to go with the beautiful product.

The remodel market was historically busy during my project (1/2020-10/2020). I worked with dozens of overworked vendors and subcontractors over this period, and it was generally chaotic, disorganized and very frustrating. AZ Tile was a distinct outlier and star performer in this regard - an absolute pleasure and breath of fresh air! I highly recommend and wish other brands made the effort to provide this type of customer experience.

Arizona Tile is a go to place for stone products. They have a huge selection of slabs in granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, etc. They have a very large indoor slab area as well as an outside yard. We had great service from Mark today and put two slabs on hold.

I bought marble from ARIZONA TILES for my new office, trust me I got best marble in best price. Thumbs Up

Remodeling a home with 6 bathrooms, a kitchen, and dinning that all needed stone. After visiting multiple slab yards Arizona in SD was the place to go! They had the best selection and stock, slabs were indoors so you can shop in comfort, and the rep that helped us (Katy) was beyond helpful and accommodating. She was very friendly (can’t say that for some of the other Reps on the floor), she was patient and willing to move multiple pieces of stone to allow better selection from the bundle, she walked us through the selection, fabrication, and purchase process. The staff that helped move the stone was also very professional and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about Katy- she was amazing! Loved our experience at Arizona and especially loved our experience with Katy- they need more of her!

Greag experience at Carroll location. Service was great, fast, pleasant. A mistake was made when ordering, and the manager in charge fixed the problem by reordering the correct tile product, and by taking the time to look for the correct tile in the warehouse to save us a trip back to the warehouse in Miramar from Oceanside. The quality of the tile is outstanding and easy to install, and beautiful.

So, I go to the slab yard to look at granite slabs for my kitchen remodel. The receptionist takes me to the slab yard and points out the marbles, quartzite and granite slabs. I spend about 20-30 minutes looking at slabs and decide to go with one of them. I tell the salesman which one I like and he directs me to the back of the warehouse to look at something similar because all of the ones I looked at were already sold. What? Why did I waste 30 minutes looking at unique stones only to be told they are already sold. Poor business model. Look elsewhere.

Very friendly place. Customer service is excellent. I am looking into buying some tiles for backsplash and about 4 to 5 slabs for counter tops. They have beautiful selection of quartz, granite, marble, tiles etc. The representative was extremely helpful and gave me few samples. I will think about it and decide in a day or two.

Nice staff great selection no need to go anywhere else when you are looking for granite, marble, or tile.
