4Lorelei Korn did an excellent job with deciding what window coverings would be best, and she was very right. Arnold and his assistant were amazing as they installed the coverings. Amazing and excellent team. I have the perfect window coverings.
Everyone seemed very nice and professional on the phone as well as in my home. We talked options, the woman measured my windows and was very helpful. She finished up and said she'd email me the estimate. I've heard nothing for over a week (or after my voice-mail.) I called the office this morning, spoke to the office and still no reply or estimate. I guess my job was small potatoes. We just moved to Camarillo. I hope this isn't what I can expect from other companies.
Debra came to our house to help us decide what blinds to choose for our living room. Everett came to measure each window. The Graber blinds we chose arrived sooner that predicted. Jaspah did a professional job of installation. We are very happy with our blinds and with Arjays. We will be choosing them again for window treatments.
I went there and Brenda and her co-worker were so helpful to me and answered all my questions. They helped me a lot and I highly recommend them.
