Arlen Ness Motorcycles reviews
19I purchased my bike from them, and the staff was exemplary in dealing with me. Nothing but good things to say about this place!
Wow, what a great toy store with Ducati, Triumph, Aprilla, MV and Canam spyders. They also have on display some of the custom bikes made by Ness.
Some of the best of Arlen's eclectic work. I especially love his split, iron head rockerboxes! A true American Master!

Candy store! Great place to visit. It's a chopper museum. They also Have you stuck on Ducati and triumphs.
Gorgeous place, extremely beautiful place.a tad bit pricey for me, but most like are putting snickers on layaway.
Great place to see Arlen Ness motorcycle museum, it’s one of the kind in this world. Spend more time reading all of the recognitions on the wall regarding his motorcycles that he built. This dealership has many great selections of Ducati and other brands of motorcycle.
I bought Ness sideview mirrors for my victory gunner. It makes the bike look sleeker. Customer service over the phone is excellent. Shipping time was only a few days. Great job guys
These folks have always been super to do business with. I have placed several orders with them with no disappointments.
After taking nearly a month to receive a remedy for this item, I ended up returning without a replacement as time lost without running this on my bike caused me to grow furious with Arlen Ness and now I have a bad taste in my mouth. Customer service was no more than mediocre. Weeks of trying to get this issue resolved because only one employee in the entire company could help me with this issue, returns department. Glenn, main contact us number, at least answers the phone but can't help me because it's not his department and sends me back to the empty department which appears to be empty. I'm guessing quality control or assurance was out as well since I received risers with a very poor coating finish. Cheers
Amazing selection of motorcycles for sale in this place. And if it just want to look there's some really cool customs in their museum that aren't really for sale.
I love their parts and have over $3,000.00 worth of them on my 2016 Street Glide Special (+ $1000's of previous purchases for other bikes I have owned). Customer Support is a different story though. I recently bought two (2), 6 piston brake calipers and two (2) 14in billet brake rotors through one of their distributors. One of the calipers was missing all the hardware for mounting, the distributor sent me a new caliper which was missing part of the hardware (only 1 bolt and NO spacers), it was their last set in stock so my only remedy was to call Arlen Ness directly to try to buy the hardware. The gentleman that answered in sales told me he could not sell me the hardware. I then asked for the exact specs of the hardware so I could purchase from a local fastener shop in my area, I was basically told to figure it out and he couldn't help me out since they are made by someone else. So sad that people don't try an help you with a reasonable solution, especially if you are willing to pay for it. Also, the original order had no instructions for install (easily figured out though) and so there are also no listing of the mounting hardware. Last night I was looking through their site to get their phone number and noticed their Method fork legs and their Procross forged wheels (front and rear) and decided to buy those when I called today to get the hardware ordered. Guess what? They are not going to get any of that $3500.00, How hard would it be to contact the manufacturer they outsource too and have them put together a hardware kit and charge me for the cost and the shipping? I guess it was to much effort to retain a client that will now never buy their product again. RIP.creating a great customer experience.
I love their custom motorcycle museum upstairs! Sad to say the dealership has changed. Its all powersport bikes for sale. I didn't see any cruiser motorcycles for sale.
Such a cool place to stop by and check out, Arlen Ness was known for his custom Harley Davidson‘s and parts. I did see bikes for sale “none of which were Harleys” but it is still a very neat place to stop by and pay a visit if you are in the. Dublin area.
Awesome place to visit and remember a man that had a dream and made it come true by building his owe motorcycles line for the everyone to enjoy. Trusted and respected. May you rest in peace where ever you are Mr. Arlen Ness!
Pretty awesome. But now they only sell imported European bikes. Ducati, tramps, MV agusta, etc.
Wow what an incredible place to go to love the show Room loved all the museum type stuff and people were so professional
I am really disappointed that they stopped selling Indian motorcycles. Now they sell Triumph and Aprilia motorcycles. As long as they continue making custom parts I'm good with that.
I purchased a Stage 2 Big Sucker through J n P. Wrong breather bolts were put in the box. Rather than send everything back, I called Arlen Ness directly. I spoke with Rich who was extremely helpful finding the right bolts. He put them in priority mail and I had them in under a week (had to come from CA to PA) great company, great customer service!
I've been waiting for the meeting. It was a huge experience. I love it. It has been a great experience of my life to see this. This is the legend itself.
