When Robert came in he saw that thermostat was not working. He went out to go up on the roof as soon as he stepped on the roof the heater turned on. He turned it on & off a few times checked everything Nothing is wrong. Checked the thermostat again everything is fine. Freaked us both out

He was on time, however he promised to call me in the morning of the time of installation. I called them at 1: 00pm, and was told he would be here within 30 minutes to an hour he came out at 2: 45. Wish I had more time to prepare for him. I did not know that he would have to go thru my gate, so when he did I had look for the key for the gate. Then move everything out of his way to get thru. Also, he messed up some of the pickets on my gate and did not offer to help me fix back up.

Alex the technician replaced the motor on the AC did a five-star job I would like to give Stevie the receptionist a five star for making the service happen we are so grateful and thankful. You should be proud they are part of your team

Esteban with ARMS did a great job explained what was going to be done, offered solutions to current issues as well as preventing any future inconveniences.

All of the technicians from ARMS have always been very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Today's technician was Ivan. They always apply the shoe masks before entering my house, I can't say the same for other companies. I do highly recommend ARMS.
