Fantastic customer service and extremely helpful. When I asked a specific type of plant (via photo) not only did Brian show me how to use my iPhone to look up the variety, he also went above and beyond to help find the plant in their store! Absolutely incredible. Can’t recommend them enough!

EDIT: After growing my "jalapeno" pepper that I purchased from here I discovered it was a mislabeled Anaheim. Very disappointing, be careful of mislabeled plants here!

I want to work here. The main building is actually refreshing to walk around. Yea it might be the plants. Lots of plants. I would almost bring my coffee and hang out looking at the flowers. They don’t charge admission.

This place is much better than Disneyland! Charming, great staff, good quality plants and flowers. Beautiful experience! I go almost every other day!

Well organized and not crowded even on Saturday in April. Helpful but not aggressive staff. Easy close-in free parking. Plants in good condition with garden accessories and supplies adequately stocked. Best to register for and use their Rewards program if recurring shopping likely.

I love this place. I got all my gardening needs there, and the ladies there were so friendly and helpful.

We really enjoy coming here. They have a really great selection and the staff is friendly. They have a really good variety of plants and they have an exceptional succulent selection. I'd come here over Lowe's or home Depot any day.

Plants are very healthy and they have a great selection prices are pretty reasonable too.

This was truly a wonderful experience. A beautiful nursery with the most beautiful plants. Lots of nice accessories too. But the best part was the very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I will come back and I live 80 miles away.

I am thrilled with the landscape design and install completed by Armstrong nursery Newport Beach. Kamal, landscape designer, met me at my home, listened to my vision for the space and drew a plan that reflected my vision.
Each step of the process was professional and stress free. The end result looks gorgeous and is everything I hoped it would be. Kamal was very professional and made sure the project was completed beyond my satisfaction.
I highly recommend this service if you are considering a landscape renewal.

We have shopped here for years and have always had helpful friendly staff. Yesterday we bought a fountain my husband had been wanting for a while and they said they would have it ready for us to pick up today. We showed up and no one had any clue the fountain had been sold. Worst part is one woman working here treated my fully vaccinated husband as a leper! She made a HUGE deal to walk way around him and was EXTREMELY rude! He was so hurt. We left to go wait while they prepared the fountain and to let him cool down. He would be appalled if any of his employees treated one of his customers this way. He almost told them when we got back he did not want the fountain because of how they treated him. So sad the world we live in and how employers allow their employees to treat good customers this way. Unfortunately we will be finding another nursery to take our money since this one is no longer interested. I pray seeing this fountain in our entryway won’t remind him constantly of what happened. I feel this fountain is now tainted by this experience.

Always a great and beautiful selection of plants and the inside room has so many amazing things it’s hard to leave and not buy something. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful always.

I went into the Newport Beach location today to return a tree that was struggling. I first went to the Costa Mesa location and they couldn't find my purchase in their system - so I drove to Newport. HUGE SHOUT OUT to Jared - the Assistant Manager who found my purchase within 1 minute. He was BEYOND courteous and helpful! I had several questions and he helped me with ideas. They were busy, but he made me feel like I was important and really cared about solving my planting problems. He should be a Regional Manager and deserves a big raise! Great customer service is so hard to come by and I was thoroughly impressed with him (everyone else was very nice as well!). I made another purchase there and am a very happy customer!

3 pm was a great time to show up. Was disappointed with the bareroot rose selection: A bit thin.

Today we picked up a fresh Noble fir Christmas tree + 2 six inch classic red poinsettias. There was plenty of selection - big trees, small trees, various poinsettias, wreaths, garlands and, of course, lots of other plants. I appreciate that staff was there to help with the selection of our tree, answering questions and to assist with getting the tree in our car. All in all, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. BTW, they're open from 8-9 for seniors.

Lots of good ideas and helpful, courteous staff. Of course, once again, I bought more than I can plant! Need to call my son.
