I am extremely happy with the service I recieved from Armstrong on a recent repipe of my home. Armstrong's estimate was right in the middle of 2 others we recieved. They communicated quickly and clearly. They were prompt, thorough, and clean. And when all was said and done, they took off about 30% from the initial estimate because the scope of work ended up being smaller than we initially thought. I highly recommend them.

As usual, Armstrong Plumbing did an excellent job fixing the three plumbing problems I had. Vince was superb and we remembered each other from several years ago when he fixed another problem for me. Especially nice was Vince discovering my handyman had unplugged the cord to the instant hot part of my hot water heater and I did not need to replace it. If he hadn't been honest, I could have been fooled into paying for a repair I never needed. This is a very good company that has completed repairs at my business, a rental and now my home. Thanks.

I called Armstrong plumbing to check and possibly flush the main sewer drain to my house. I put off addressing this issue because it was likely going to be expensive and I didn't want to get taken advantage of after hearing stories fr9m my neighbors. Carlos was amazing. He checked our main drain and determined it didn't need any service. He was able to determine the issue was caused by clogged jets in our old toilets. He provided me recommendations for installing new toilets and quoted me for that future project. He was super professional, knowledgeable and personable. In the near future I will be turning to Carlos from my Armstrong Plumbing for new toilets and possibly more.

Armstrong Plumbing is a great company. They are genuine, professional and courteous. It is obvious they care about doing the right thing for their customers and are competitive price wise. On time, responsive, quality work, efficient, as well as neat and tidy. Every employee we worked with is great. Very happy with the work they did for us and will definitely use them again.

Made me wait up all night with a leaking toilet to finally tell me no one is coming. Totally useless

Terrible! Was given 1 price on the phone which made me book the appointment. Technician called and adjust the price to almost $400.

The owner of this business is a dramatic problem starting liar. Marcelle Flowers told me one thing to my face and also next to our business associate, and then did the opposite creating problems for me along the way. If she was just a woman of her word, nobody would ever have had a problem. I try to stay away from people like this when possible, but she insisted on causing problems for me. I do not recommend liars, maybe you should be careful as well when selecting a plumber for yourself. Don't waste other peoples time and money Marcelle Flowers. All I ever did was be in support of you. You can't say the same about yourself for me!

Nick came out to do a free quote on fungus/mold remediation and was very helpful, We had a fungus growth on the dirt in the crawlspace under the house which he had never seen before, nor had any of the contractors we have been working with. Mike helped in figuring out where and how to get it analyzed. We had to try several labs to find one which analyzed that sort of material. Once we found out what it was, they researched the issue and came up with a solution.

Nick was respectful of our property and took great care to thoroughly inspect and remediate our issues. He cleaned up after himself, made sure he had taken care of all our requests and kept us updated on his progress. We appreciated his professionalism and helpful attitude.

He's a great rep for your company. He did the job quickly and efficiently. Explained to me or what's going on every step of the way. Very satisfying by Vince. Will definitely go back to your company again and hopefully get Vince again

The tech responded quickly and gave a very clear estimate for a water heater replacement. He answered all of our questions and explained exactly why he recommended each thing. He was also very knowledgable. Great customer service. In the end we didn't use them, but I would definitely call them again.
