2 This repair shop was recommended to me by a family member and a friend. I was hit shortly before I had to be across the country for a week.
I was frustrated with the insurance companies and even considered hiring an attorney to handle the calls with them. My own insurance, State Farm was not the kindest because they wanted me to go through the insurance of the other driver (he was at fault) even though I have full coverage on my vehicles. Such a headache!
Anyhow, I contacted this shop and they handled all the phone calls for me. When I dropped my car off, a rental car was already waiting for me down the street. The shop constantly contacted the insurance to get them to see the car and provide an estimate quickly. They even called to get the child seat replaced and by the time I returned my vehicle was in great shape again.
If you don't have time to spare or waste with phone calls and paperwork after being involved in an accident, please contact this shop. It will truly save you a lot of time and frustration dealing with insurance adjusters.
