So helpful! I was in a pinch with a bike that was in not so great condition and I needed something quickly that I could ride around town to get to my grad school clinical placement and maybe for some fun short rides on weekends. Everyone at the shop was genuinely helpful and friendly, Benson read my mind, and matched me with an affordable refurbished bike that will work great. Everything on it is in excellent condition. He even changed out the handle-bars to customize the bike for me! Sweet deal. Thanks so much to everyone at the shop - you do good work!

I stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon (this past weekend), and didn't have to wait even two minutes until someone offered to help me. I was there for the smallest, weirdest part (quick-release axle spring) and was given one gratis, even after I offered to pay.

Definitely going back when I need bigger things!

What a gem of a bike store. I purchased a MTB from this store a month ago. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful, and I'd like to specifically point out how awesome Derek was. He helped find the right bike for me, he was very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. What struck me during my time there and what I am grateful for is that I did not once feel pressured to make a purchase even though I took up hours of his time. I definitely recommend this place, they have a great selection of used and new bikes and amazing staff. On a side note, I am REALLY happy with my bike it performs beautifully.

This place is the best. I bought a used bike here. From the moment I walked in, Dereck greeted me and immediately helped me find what I wanted. He took time to listen to my interests and answer my questions. This is not a snobby bike shop at all. Dereck went above and beyond. My desired bike needed a second visit from me because the seat mast needed to be cut. On my second visit to the shop, Dereck again went above and beyond and spent a lot of time with me to make sure that we had a good fit for the bike before he cut it. He did a great job. Clay also spent time with me getting to know me and my interests and helped me understand the whole process of trading in my bike and working out the logistics of the cut on the seat mast. He was in frequent conversation over email and was very helpful. I highly recommend this shop and the people who work there.

I recently rented an eMTB from Around the Cycle. Before my trip it all seemed too good to be true and I remained anxious in spite of great communication and follow through.
I wasted my energy on the anxiety.
The rental was seamless. Communication fantastic.
Delivery on time.
Ride sweet.

I bought two bikes and sold one thru ATC. Knowledgeable and affable staff for anything big and smaller. Their service team is top notch!

A few weeks ago, I stopped by on a rainy Saturday to check out the store. Alex showed me around the store a bit and talked bikes for some time. It was a nice way to start off the visit for sure. After seeing some bikes and talking shop, I wound up heading out to do a bit more research.

My next visit there, I was able to test ride a couple of bikes. I was torn between a Salsa Journeyer (drop bar) and a Surly Bridge Club. I am glad I has the opportunity to ride both, as the Surly wound up being a better fit. I still have a desire for a drop bar bike tough.

Ryan wound up being the main person I dealt with that day. Despite a couple of kids running around, he was always eager to answer my questions and set me up on the test bikes. Again, like Alex, he was pleasant to talk to and provided a lot of information on the different bikes.

I picked out the Surly I wanted to buy and was told they would find some to build it up, as it was a different size than I tested. I came back a few days later and Clay helped me then. I test rode the bike and picked out a few accessories. Pedals, grips and new handlebars. I spent a while talking to Clay about everything, as I was beat afterwards. Point being, they’re committed to ensuring you get what you want. Zero pressure to buy anything either.

Every trip has been enjoyable, including a recent quick look-over of the bike. All in all, I am glad I happened to check this place out. It is in a quiet neighborhood too, which makes test rides better. I look forward to future visits and the group rides Ryan mentioned as well.
