Got ridiculously overcharged for a clean apartment on move out. Lived here for a year for the first year of the DO program and we left the place immaculately and they threw on the cost of renovation on us. Can’t believe we were charged damn near a grand.
Also upon repeated calls the admin never gave us the itemized receipt so don’t know what we were overcharged for. Maintenance also listed upon inspection our place was clean. Never recommend living here again.

This apartment complex is no where near luxury. There are roaches and spiders everywhere (nearly an infestation). Work orders are not answered for days and there is generally no staff in the front office. I would absolutely never rent here again- I would actually spend my money anywhere else. The exterior of the buildings are flithy and not upkept whatsoever. Management is non-existent when appliances don't work (took months for an appliance to be replaced.) or when pests infestations are present in our garages, but will bug you for inspections/entry to apartment about 6 times a year. Please strongly consider if you do not want to be disappointed! You have been warned: (

It’s been about a year since I lived at this location. I payed about $3,200 a month at this luxury townhome style apartment complex. The word luxury was not the case. There was nothing luxury about it honestly. Basic appliances, cabinets are cheap and falling apart. Small living Spaces. The parking was a joke, if both cars could not fit in your garage you wouldn’t find parking past 7-8pm. Only 1-3 spots for gets “that were normally occupied by residence”. The weight room was small and outside the gate if you wanted to get a workout in. There was no pool or any other basic amenities. The locations views were unappealing, one side was a busy main road that you could hear cars driving up and down at all hours of the day/night. The other side was a flood wash ditch thing. The location honestly wasn’t worth the luxury price tag. The only good thing I can say was that customer service was great.

****Definitely not a very good option to live here unless you want to be paying much more than in the surrounding my rent increase 3200 to 3800 no way. For a condo? Nope I just found a House for 3000 with 4 room 3 fully bathrooms yes here in Upland. But worry about it, the economy is not good and you have to know how you are going to spend your money. I don't know what happens to the managers of this place but this rent is too expensive compared to the surrounding area. The gate was fixed halfway, there’s always a homeless in the dump. (2200 at the pandemic moment, after that rent goes up)
Better to look somewhere else here it's to expensive don't be fooled by the facade.
