This IS the place! 2 family members seen drs here & very satisfied. I see more than 1 Dr, Dr Wilton & fantastic Dr, however, I gave 4 stars because their "call center" as I call it, to leave a message or schedule an appointment is absolutely miserable. Makes me very angry & frustrated. Dr doesn't even get my messages. Not sure I've ever been satisfied with outcome of a call there. I'm sorry but right now. I'm utterly angry. In sooo much pain & again, got NOWHERE with my call.ah.just got call from there to give my times of injections from another Dr which I cancelled in December. Hmm bad communication. Sorry but it's how I feel & maybe later I'll change it

TRIPLE CHECK YOUR APPOINTMENTS, MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU A CARD WITH THE DATE AND TIME. THEN CALL ATLEAST TWICE TO CONFIRM THEY ACTUALLY SCHEDULED IT! Multiple months in a row they didn't schedule me so I'm forced to go days without meds

The customer service is **TERRIBLE**! Unfortunately they have under trained front office staff that responds with answers "I don't know" when asked questions. Does anyone in this office know? The assigned medical assistant (s) did not follow through with submitting paperwork in a timely manner nor did they do any follow up to make sure it was received. The back office staff also rushed me through my preop appointment because they were behind schedule and needed to go lunch I agree.that you need to triple check everything that their staff should be doing on behalf of the patient because it is THEIR JOB!

Every time I've gone I’ve had to wait at least 1 hour to be called back and I wait another hour. I’ve been on time or early to all my appointments. If you want to spend most of your time in a lobby this is the place.

I was a patient at Arrowhead Orthopedic in Rancho Cucamonga for nearly a year. I have great things to say about them. From the pain management to the physical therapy, I was always taken care of and treated with the best care. My Pain Management Doctor was Dr Kadambi, and my Physical Therapist was Renee Ghaly, of which I was really impressed with both. When I first got to Arrowhead Orthopedics I was in really bad condition due to a work injury. They worked miracles. I am forever grateful for the difference they made. Thank you so much Arrowhead Orthopedics and all the staff! You are amazing!

If there is a zero star, I'd give it. I was referred by my primary doctor. I tried to make an appointment 2 weeks ago; the receptionist told me only Oct. 12 is available. Because I have a previous commitment, I asked for another date. She rudely replied that's the only time they have. I then asked what is the next available time, she answered impatiently again, "nothing for the year. " I thought I heard it wrong, I repeated it, and she confirmed it with an impatient tone. I then asked my doctor for another referral. I guess they don't want my business. I am surprised that they are still around with such unprofessional and arrogant attitude. That's even before I step in the clinic.

I had an orthopedic appointment. I was left a message to bring my CD for my MRI. Upon getting there the girl made a copy. Then the doctor needed x-rays that no one told me to bring the CD for nor did my doctor send the the images so the doctor needed x-rays I asked for the CD for the X-ray and the lady had the nerve to charge me $10 for the CD. I explained to her I should have charged you to make a copy of my CD. I guess this place doesn't have enough money. For my insurance isn't suitable enough to cover a CD I can buy a pack of 50 for 8 bucks and it takes less than 5 minutes to burn the CD. I will never come back to this place ever again every Arrowhead orthopedic gets all around they're all terrible I'm surprised they're still in business I guess they forget that they're there to cause for service for the patient not the patient is there for them but that seems to be their mentality that we the patients are there for them and not them there for us. This is not the first issue that I've had with these clowns.

I don’t understand why they have appointments scheduled if they don’t even see you at the appointment time. Yesterday my moms appointment was at 10am. We waited over an hour just to get X-Rays, then told to wait outside again when they were done with them. It took another 25 minutes to call us into an actual room. And then we still waited another hour and 15 minutes to be seen by the doctor. And he only spoke to us for 10 minutes.
Today I’m currently in the room waiting to be seen by the doctor. It’s 12: 47pm and my moms appointment was at 11am. This is ridiculous and annoying. Their time management and scheduling is a joke.

Patricia and all the staff at arrowhead ortho in redlands really helped me to recover from knee surgery and be able to function again. I'm so grateful for them.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My PT Patricia was very through and informative concerning my recovery from a meniscus tear.

Been waiting almost 2hrs to be seen and didn’t get to see the doctor yet appointment was at 2: 20pm 4: 33pm walking out of the office inside staff the MA was super rude… I hope this office closes soon

Each of my physical therapy visits to Arrowhead Orthopaedics has been a very good experience. I am greeted upon entering and have not had to wait for treatment to begin. Not only is it a very friendly atmosphere, but I was provided explanation for varying treatments and asked which ones seem to be helping the most. I feel like they truly care about my progress. Thank you so much to Harold and the entire staff!

Really bad experience, my daughter had a ganglion cyst last year, Dr Sang Le recommended surgery to remove it, she had the Surgery October 2020, he never told me that this ganglion cyst can return and it did! They sent her to do an MRI last week, They call me back with the results, she also has a tear on a ligament that we never knew she had, now he doesn’t have time to see her until next month, I will not recommend this Dr to anyone.

Everyone is polite n helpful. Love Jonathan n Pamela because they take every measure to help u WITH ur siateca n leg pain.

Dr R. Ghazal, Best doctor ever. No words in the Encyclopedia or dictionary to describe him. Just a all round doctor. He did my shoulder surgery. I followed all his medical direction ever some personal and was able to get back to work full time in his projected time. Over awesome.

Dr. Sang Le is very nice, thorough and explains everything really well. I'm looking forward to having him do my surgery on my wrist to remove my metal plate & screws. However, the staff that answers the phone, could improve on their phone etiquette and customer service skills. If it wasn't for Dr Le's professionalism, I might have gone elsewhere.

Mathew is an awesome PA. He gave me three shots in knee for therapeutic purposes and I felt no pain. His professionalism, personable approach and gentleness won me over. He should be a medical doctor with orthopedic speciality. Great experience, overall.
