My opinion has drastically changed. How does a doctor speak out of both sides of his mouth. He told me tarlov cysts do not cause symptoms. And then told me the surgeries he has seen have made things worse for people. Huh? So, people are running around having surgery for things that are not causing symptoms AND how can things be worse if they were "fine" to begin with. That makes no kind if sense. I'm so disappointed in the lack of care I received here.

It's a great place to see an specialist, the time to be seen is on time. And the staff are very awesome. They make your visit conterable. I enjoy my appointments there.

My experience with Arrowhead Ortho has & is because my Dr. BERTON is Awesome and staff are so helpful I know I'm the right place good hands

The nurse who took my vitals and then the man who wrapped my fractured hand was amazing, the Dr spent two minutes with me and hardly checked my hand out I'm in more pain now then before my visit

Had a follow up appointment with Dr Grames at Arrowhead Orthopedic in Redlands, Ca. I always appreciate the way I’m treated in a professional and respectful manner. His immediate staff is very professional and polite.

Was great. After jumping from doctor to doctor I landed here, where they found the break in my hand where other doctors couldn't. Christina is wonderful and soft. She seemed kind of like she was having a bad day when I seen her but she's great nonetheless. We all have them.

Staff make you feel very comfortable with a professional attitude. Heidi the P. A. Was always welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Treated as a person not a number even when really busy.

5 stars for Dr. Patton’s beside manner and the promptness in which they scheduled me in. But 1 star for service. I fractured my foot and had been seen at the ER, but had to do follow up for a cast and consult with ortho. They called me back within minutes and took me in on the same day. Had to wait an hour before I could see the doctor but that included the x-rays they performed, which they did quite quickly as soon as they took me back. They put me in a boot and sent me on my way. However, the boot was too big and kept sliding back and forth when I moved no matter how tight I cinched it (as much as my foot would tolerate). Started causing me a lot of pain and pulling on my ankle when I lifted my leg to walk with my crutches, and felt a “popping” in my bone. So I called and asked to speak to the Dr.on call. I left a message with the secretary. No one called. So I called again and left another message. They couldn’t get a hold of the PA “on call” (Joseph). I left another lengthy message. I waited all day; he never had the courtesy to call back. I was in excruciating pain with all the movement in my boot! I called again the next day and was told he’s the only person that could return my phone call. With such a large patient roster, you’d think they’d have a better system in place to return patient phone calls than just ONE person and who is actually accessible to patients. Apparently, you can’t speak to the doctor or anyone else! The secretary wasn’t one bit apologetic either. I’d give them a one star just for that, but I’m taking into account that they did take me in on a short notice and the Doctor was “nice”. However, if you have a broken bone, don’t expect to get more than one prescription for 5-10 days worth of pain medication. After that, you’re on your own to suffer with the pain because he’ll refuse to give you a refill. And I can can guarantee you, Tylenol (which is what they tell you to take) won’t cut it!
A week later, I began to have intolerable cramps and spasms in my leg every few min. Spent two days without sleep. I called again to request for a muscle relaxant to relieve the spams. NO ONE CALLED BACK! I Spoke to their Public Relations person, Jaqueline, who listened and seemed to be very concerned. I explained my injury and situation to her. She called me back after speaking to her manager and PA, only to tell me she had been “told” to tell me that I need to come in to “discuss” my pain! Never mind what it would take for me to get to their office with the pain I was in and my injury.
So, they wanted to charge me another$150 copay just to tell me “we can’t help you”? ! WOW! Rather than having the courtesy to pick the phone and return my phone call. All what could’ve been done and resolved over the phone! This is NEGLIGENT and unethical patient care! The real issue is that this and other doctors are exploiting without verifying the validity of this new CA law that doctors are taking out of context at the expense of patients who do take their meds responsibly and are suffering in pain: Rx Opioids are not and have never been the "opioid crisis". Illegally obtained opioids, fentanyl, and heroin are the cause of almost all drug related deaths. The percent of Rx opioid deaths, when the Rx is taken as directed, is almost non-existent. This whole opioid hysteria is being driven by a fact-free narrative that blames doctors, pain patients, and big Pharma for an epidemic of ILLEGAL drug use. It would be laughable except extreme harm is being done to patients. This is INSANITY! These laws punish people who have done no wrong and are taking their meds responsibly. It's sickening and inhumane what the government and this doctor is doing. Not to mention the doctors who only care about their careers and covering their behinds instead of using discernment in treating patients on a case by case basis, and knowing when it’s appropriate to say “NO” to Rx pain med refills. That’s just indicative of a doctor WHO LACKS JUDGEMENT! DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND PICK A DIFFERENT PROVIDER!

The physicians at this practice are excellent. Dr Skubic performed my mothers disk fusion and she was up on her feet so fast it startled me. The spine institute is extremely efficient and of the highest caliber of health care. My mothers quality of life is much improved. The results are amazing.

The day I went for my appt he was running behind. Although a bit frustrating, I can see why. Unlike many Drs I’ve seen in the past, he takes time to listen & study his patients, not just our chart. I felt it was a thorough examination and I trust we made a good decision on the next step.

I had a wonderful no stress visit. Frequently your first time visit is a hassle but not here. My appointment was for 4: 00 PM, I was taken in the room at 3: 50 and Dr. Steinman walked in with a kind smile at 4: 00pm. He was very professional and I didn't feel rushed at all. The staff acted like they were happy there and made sure I was comfortable. He came highly recommended by my neighbor who's daughter had recently had spine surgery by Dr. Steinman.

My experience was amazing! I was called in with in minutes of my appointment time, & Allan, the PA, was there within minutes. He explained everything completed & answered all my questions. I feel completely comfortable recommending Arrowhead Orthopedics, especially the Orthopaedic spine surgery doctor's. Scary stuff maybe told to u, but they answer all ur questions & make u feel at ease.

It was refreshing to have someone request new x-rays for a 2 month old injury. Through the x-ray it was determined thatvI did have a break to my ankle and not just a sprain.

I have chronic back pain. And I go for injections in my back. I am very happy with the two shots, I just wish they would last longer. Everyone there is always good to me.
If you go there hope you get Dr Scott Strum.

I see Dr Jason Solomon he is very professional and well spoken. I had left shoulder surgery that involved my biceps and tendons and I like that he he explained my procedure before and after so that I understood along the way and knew what to expect. I ha e been a patient with this Orthopedic group since 2008 and I am a very satisfied patient

When I entered the office, I was greeted by the receptionist. She was courteous and made me feel welcomed. I then consulted with the P. A, Alan Ceralde. He was clear, polite, answered all my questions, and even had a sense of humor. I had a pleasant experience at Arrowhead Orthopaedics.

Excellent. The Doctor and the assistants were on time. Very professional and at the same time very caring. You need to experience this to fully understand what I am writing about. Very brilliant Doctor.

Dr Gazhal is a very caring and friendly physician. He takes his time to diagnose and explain his findings.

Dr. Burton takes time to explain images. Gives different treatment options that I can choose from. Very thorough with his examination. All done with pleasantness
