Very clean.friendly atmosphere.the nursing staff very polite.the doctor listened to my own situation and proceeded straight to it.suggested the proper treatment but it's still pending.waiting for insurance approval.

No impressed with my experience with Dr. Wong. The office staff is pleasant, but the doctor is not. My visits with him was kind of a disaster. I don’t like writing negative reviews about people, mostly because I understand that people have bad days, but sometimes it needs to be aired. I felt he didn’t care about my case. He was supposed to be a second opinion doctor, but now, unfortunately, I am stuck with him. I feel he’s more dedicated to the insurance company rather than me.

Arrowhead Orthopedics dr. Burton is a good orthopedic doctor and surgeon I came from Beverly Hills California from Cedar Sinai Hospital at Tower Orthopedics and I now live in Hemet California I met dr. Burton to replace a hip and now to do a knee cap and I give him 100 plus and care for his patience and the work that he does to get a percentage like that from me sunny Middlebrook is very rare entrusting the medical field but I do have faith from God in him his work is seems to be first in his command and his patients keep up the good work dr. Burton and I will keep you in my prayers and I know that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has his hands on you and around your work when you perform

We saw Dr. LaRose a week ago. My daughter torn her ACL during soccer practice, she is 17 years old, he explained and answered all the questions to my daughter and I. Now waiting for her surgery. He recommended pre-rehab for my daughter for 6 weeks.

Dr Ghazal is an incredible physician and person. It takes an incredible amount of time to get to know his patients.

I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been waiting 3 weeks to have an appointment for an injury that takes 4 to 6 weeks to heal. I got called today, and they told me they would not see me until September 24th that is almost 45 days away. I don't understand how a doctor is booked out 45 days after already been waiting 3 weeks to be seen.so now I'm going to heal and most likely heal improperly thanks to lack of compassion and interests from this doctor's office thank you very much

This place is a joke just trying to make an appt 8 weeks to get an appt by then if your Authorization will expire before they get you an appt YOU the patient they said is responsible for getting the extension Ladies in the Riverside office in appointments do some work stop being lazy and do your job and learn some people skills I contacted someone to never have to set foot in this office such a disappointment they are actually a place to be referred to. Not recommended at ALL.

I have been coming here for a couple of months now, and I have not had any problems. I'm still having very bad pain but it takes time to find the correct medication. I have had nothing but good experiences from everyone.

A very horrible facility. Medical Assistants are very rude and do not know how to properly talk to patients.

I dont need to read other reviews, but i did, in all my years of going to many different doctors, physical therapy, you name it.
My best guess to all these people who posted negative remarks is, May be its you being rude first, may be you showed up in pain Grouchy and Everything didnt go your way.
A. O.and I go back to 1998, Dr John Stienman, to the present day with Dr Anita, Dr Strum, Dr Jengh and dozens of staff, I Give Them 5 stars, I am Grateful to each and Everyone with AO, Im looking forward to my knee surgey and I have complete Confidence in my Doctors there.
In this case it will be Dr Jengh and his crew.
They went the extra mile last week, by doing all the blood work up, ekg, chest x rays. Right there in the Rancho Cucamonga office.
Really, when i think aboug everything i have lived thru, Arrowhead Orthopedic is a Blessing from God and i dont think id want anyone else to do my surgery. Thanks be First to God, then to AO.

This service at arrowhead orthopedics it's too terrible. All the time I'm getting my prescription refill delay. My pharmacist and I've been calling several times since last week to get my prescription refill and we're still waiting.
I don't know who's responsible for this delay; my Dr. Barry Grames or his assistant. What I think, are both. Probably they think the medications given to the persons, it's because they love to taken. They are not considering we're taking medication because of pain. I know I'm not the first person having this problem and I hope somebody can take note of this problem.

Appointment times are not when you actually get seen. They let you sit in the waiting room for more than an hour at times. Drs are very rude to you especially if you were injured at work. They don't care about diagnosis of injury just give you PT and send you on your way.

The wait time to be seen WITH an appointment is rediculous. Each time I've been here we have waited over an hour to be seen. Please try and fix this.

No one there does ANYTHING in a timely manner! I guarantee you if I showed up an hour and a half late for my appointment they'd make me reschedule, but they think nothing about me waiting in their reception area for an hour and a half. This isn't even unusual. I've NEVER been seen at my scheduled appointment time! They expect to be paid for their time but they sure don't pay me for my wasted time.

I agree with others. This place is a nightmare. Employees and doctors are rude. Nobody answers the phones and getting an appointment is terrible!

If you want helpful no nonsense quality, this is the place to visit. They are very busy though.

Waiting time, it takes over 6 weeks to get an appt.and when you get there there is an HR and a half wait just get into an exam room and another's 30 minutes befor the dr comes in

Just horrible! My first time here I spent more that 5 hours waiting to be seen by the DR. Now I have to go back and have had my appointment rescheduled 3 times so far. Not to mention the front desk people lack people skills. Like I said just horrible!
