The medical assistance was wonderful, however the customer service left much to be desired. The phone representatives and the young lady in the Rancho Cucamonga office need serious training in Customer.

Dr Allen seems like a nice guy and knowledgeable. The service was fast and pleasant, but I couldn't get a hold of his office after my first visit so I had to change orthopedic doctors.

The doctor spent very little time hearing me out and rushed out and said he would refer me to a different specialist

Love that this place is close to home, was just weirded out that from here they switch my son to Rancho Cucamonga, not cool especially during traffic times not cool. But staff is friendly, Dr. Larose was wonderful with my son and also loved that their there to address any of my questions or concerns.
