Arroyo Grande Community Hospital

Everyone at this office is very nice and friendly. I felt comfortable with the care and information from Dr. Sharma and her staff. The lab and xray departments were great, and the tests were done quickly.

Immediate issues are taking care of immediately
What's the life threatening was out of the way the rest of it was hours of waiting and waiting and waiting
Not a complaint just an observation

I had my knee replacement surgery on 8/21/23. I have never had such a great experience with a stay in a hospital. I was in so much pain, but your staff was wonderful! So attentive and caring. The night shift nurse Josh came running in every time I asked for help! The food was delicious, even the cleaning crew was amazing! Domingo brought flowers every day. He made my day! Not to mention I had two visits from dogs. So Awesome. Thank you All for the great service and help when I was not at my best. You have a fantastic staff.

My mom had fallen & they took her quickly to be evaluated & to have tests done. They were very nice & medical staff we saw were very good.

All of the staff were very friendly and professional. The facilities were very clean and everything seemed to be up to date and/or new. My Dr.and nurses were great. Also the man checking me in at the front was very kind, friendly, welcoming and gave clear instructions.

I was treated with compassion, kindness and education. They all did an outstanding job caring for me

Despite not planning or wanting a 10 day stay at A. G. Hospital, I felt well taken care of. The staff was friendly & professional, and I was never in need of anything.

Hands down the worst hospital I don't ever write reviews but I was so upset with my visit the wait was over 3 hrs the nurse that checked my fiance in was rude once we did get a room the room was gross floor sticky trash on the floor walls dirty and still waited a good almost hr once we did get into the room before being seen.horrible experience the room they put us in had a bathroom and still had someone elses urine in the toilet the bathroom was also very nasty

They sent me home without any pain medication, were unable to diagnose a complete hamstring avulsion.

Everything was great and when I left I stopped in the lab since the doc ordered some tests. Yesterday I got a bill from them saying I was not authorized to go there! I had asked the lab if my Medicare was going to pay for testing there and they assured me it would. I can’t pay the fee they are asking. Now I have to have a fight with insurance!

OK I called the plan and was assured they would straighten this out for me! Thank you Alignment!

I was taken here by ambulance after a fall and broken leg. I received excellent care throughout my stay from the ER through surgery through discharge

I have had to go to AGH for a few times over the last five year’s! I have to say living in the area since I was 7 they have changed for the better! At least my experience when I have been sick. We didn’t get down to what’s going on with me. The doctor did assure me that thing’s are not life threatening which is good because I have gone to the hospital when thing’s were life threatening! I now have to go to upper endoscopy and I know something is going on. My point is the nurses and doctor’s treated me with respect and dignity and I so thank you for caring for me! The only thing that sucked was the waiting (they were really busy) they apologized to me twice for the wait and I thought wow they do seem to care about the patients! Thanks you guy’s keep up the professionalism and kindness!

Very bad experience, the staff who attended me in the emergency room were very rude and impatient when asking questions, they left me waiting for about 4 hours and there were only 2 people waiting in the mobby, Americans began to arrive and quickly passed them by, with my baby with fever and more ailments, I think this clinic does not sympathize with Latinos

I’m very thankful for the kind and caring staff at AG hospital Emergency room. My baby was seen quickly. She was having difficulty breathing and she left feeling much better and was finally able to sleep.

Well while my husband was there his nurse Josh, Roxy, where the best nurses a person can have they were the best and I think they should be appropriated more no one like them and there service to There patients were Awsome

All was well except for one nurse, Denise. She showed hostility and aggression when I asked her why she wasn't putting on gloves. I'm nearly three weeks post op and still have hand print bruises from her digging fingers into my affected area.

After falling and hitting my back on a metal box, I woke up the next morning with extremely painful back pain unable to get out of bed. Went to the ER here and the PA ordered X-rays and resulted in him saying my spine and ribs were probably just bruised. Went to a different ER the next day as the pain worsened and they ordered a scan showing one of my vertebrae was fractured. I wish the PA was more thorough and took more time during his assessment considering the pain I was in. The nurse however gets 5 stars.

Left some Power of Attorney for Healthcare documents at the front desk of AG Hospital. We were not allowed to personally take them to medical records. Layer that day, I called Med Records to make sure they were delivered. The woman who answered the phone was super nice and told me she had already scanned them into our files. Very helpful and efficient.
