Says neuromuscular massage therapist.he's a rolfer, which he is good at. But please don't say you practice a massage therapy modality when you don't. I really did need a neuromuscular massage specialist.
He's good at what he does, but be warned.

I’ve had chronic stress-related low back pain for years, and Louie is the only person to have helped me! I had never heard of structural integration, Rolfing, or fascia - I’ve learned a lot. My pain is much improved, I’m comfortable walking again, and I feel in control of my body. Louie is great: knowledgeable, kind and caring.

Best thing I’ve done for myself! I think the biggest improvement came with being able to take proper deep breaths and having air expand throughout my whole body. I had felt so tight and contorted that I didn’t realizing I didn’t know what taking a deep breath felt like anymore. After going though even the first session of the eight I did, I felt more free and my bodies previous pains and emotional Holdings started to release in a big way! By the end of the eight sessions my whole body felt reborn, like I was back to the best version of myself in my body! Best way I can describe this is like maybe.taking a classic car that’s worn and a little beat up and fixing it up to feel like new.

I came in with pain in several areas of my body. I am not a young person but I did not want to be in that much pain. My work with and by Louie made the pain go away AND more importantly gave me tools to work with myself integrating my body so it supports itself pain free. I thought I had insight but what I learned from Arroyo Neuromuscular Integration increased my knowledge and gave me so much more. The ten sessions were worth every penny spent. If you have structural pain of any sort, this is the place you want to be. I will continue seeing Arroyo Neuromuscular Integration on a monthly basis now in order to keep things aligned and to continue improvement.

I am extremely pleased with the results of my 10-session series. When I first went in to see Louie I was suffering from injuries, in constant pain and unaware of how I was holding my body. I had more than sore muscles! Using the SI techniques to work in the fascia did more for me than a massage has ever done. Through the series, we were able to properly align my body (my femurs were internally rotated, I waddled vs walked, even my arms were a mess). I saw immediate results after each session. I had years of poor holding patterns and years of pounding my body as a fitness professional.through the series I learned to be aware of what I was feeling, where I was feeling it and why! My body is in much better shape and I am more conscious of what is happening in my body and I have the tools to make quick corrections.
