We have been calling on Rescue Rooter for many, many years and they have always been reliable and honest, and have always delivered excellent service. Margarito is the best of the best! In short, he gets the job done! I would give them even more stars if I could.

Russell came and we talked about the Twilight Zone and movies and I showed him pictures of this girl who I’m drawing as a tribute to her and man, Russell was just so cool and kind and professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my plunger and showed me how to use it properly and then he used this giant tool to fix the clog in the toilet and now it works! Russell was awesome. His favorite Twilight Zone episode is Eye of The Beholder and he says the movie is amazing- I’m gonna watch that tonight. Give that man a raise! You don’t wanna lose him! Seriously. Phenomenal service. On time and cheap and smart and quick and kind- the business is great! 5 stars for the company, a million stars for Russell! Thank you

This company actually cares about providing their service instead of just grabbing money from you. They take their time and try to solve the problem. They are caring and I would 100% recommend them.

Our sink clogged and caused a mess. We called rescue rooter and Ray immediately responded. Ray was an excellent plumber and fixed the problem. I highlight recommend rescue rooter and Ray anytime there is a plumbing problem.

My kitchen darin was clogged very bad, I went online and start searching for plumer until I found this company. I gave them call and they sent me a great plumer 2 hours later. It was a great experience. They were friendly and helpful over the phone. David V was great and he fixed the kitchen drain very quickly, he is professional and also friendly. John was very patient and explored all options to help resolve my issues. He called on his supervisor Vince who was also very patient and extended other options to get my plumbing issue resolved these two guys made the difference tonight and I now have working plumbing

5 stars for their phone answering service and the fact that they were able to come out the same day. Only really disappointing thing was that when the plumber said the toilet had to be removed temporarily to snake the drain, he quoted us $500, which is just crazy. We removed it ourselves in under 5 minutes while he went to grab the snaking tool from his truck, and put it back after. Ended up owing $88, which was reasonable.

Vince, field manager, came out to check on us before the technician Russell was able to make it to our house. They assessed the problem, explained what would need to happen, and did not push us to do the work right away. They did what needed to happen to get us back up and running and explained what needed to happen to fix the problem. Thank you!

There were 3 appointments that ARS canceled because their staff was busy. I greatly appreciate the improved communication someone called each time to let me know of changes.
The technician Randy that came Monday and did the work was kind and professional. He made sure to leave the area clean.

Ray did great work. He showed up on time, when he said he would. He was polite and courteous, and worked efficiently. We called Rescue Rooter due to a clogged toilet, and he found a clean out and was able to snake and clear the line.

The service that ARS provided was great! They not only were able to come out the same day I made my service call, but they had a quick and easy solution to fix my clogged sink and the serviceman was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend ARS!

Josh arrived and before he steps inside the house he put on his shoe covers after observing the situation, it took him 10 min to snake and open the drain, also made some plumbing suggestion.

As a first time homeowner, this was my first time calling a plumbing service. I decided to go with this company because of all the great reviews and they did not disappoint. Ray was great. He made sure to explain every detail needed before the procedure. Although the price wa just a little higher than I expected I did not mind it because the customer service was exceptional and it was under an hour.
