I managed to fix the toilet myself after booking an appointment on 10/22. Jayden, technician, arrived on time, was professional, and confirmed the toilet was operating properly.

In my experience: woke up to a full-blown water heater tank failure and leak in my garage at 7am on a Friday, reached out to a couple companies to get urgent help.

By 8am I had a call back from ARS, by 9am Nick was inspecting the damage and providing crystal clear options for a same-day replacement (thanks again, and for the great advice and chat). Team came later around 11am and by 3pm the work was done and hot water back on.

I'll admit due to the emergency I didn't even try to optimize on price or service (quotes seemed OK for the Bay Area at quick glance, certainly nothing outrageous), but based on responsiveness and professionalism alone, this is a solid 5-star for me.

They are greta communicating, scheduling was so easy. Good stuff stops there. The price went from $83 to $450 and I had to decline service.

Leonard is the man! He went above and beyond and didn’t stop until the job was done and my sink was working properly!

David Vars came to our rescue! He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. From the response at the call center to the end result all went very smoothly.

Jayden, Nick and the rest of the crew explained options and made sure to complete the job same day even when our Main drain routing turned into a need to pressure clean / flush which required calling in additional equipment. We will be using ARS Rescue again.

The guy that came out, was a scammer trying to get lots of money. Lying to me about job and called another plumber out and they did a professional job. The idiot you had out is a disgrace.

The quote end up being too high compared to their advertisement. I’m currently looking for another company to fix my soft clogged pipe.

They kept me totally updated with status of repairman arrival. They seemed courteous and efficient and the technician Carlos was very nice.

I have a recurring sewer drain clog issue. Randy (IIRC), came on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then recommenced some physical changes to solve it long term—and did it quickly for no extra charge. A great experience end to end!

I had white carpet and you refused to cover your shoes. You pulled my oven out and did not put it back, but left it in the middle of my kitchen. Very rude and unprofessional.

This company is rediculous! They wanted to charge $900 just to install my shoer faucet. INSANE! Save your money and use a different plumbing company
