I am a tough grader and relatively persnickety. Cody exceeded my expectations, and was on time, knowledgeable, and helped me with the best economic approach to my problem without a big pressured up sale. Absolutely five star service. Cody is the man.

ARS and Cody Bart were great. Arrived early and did a thorough, professional repair for us in the guest bathroom.

Tech.was knowledgeable; did the analysis and clearing effiently. He explained what had to be done and cleared the drain quickly. Alos has a good customer interface.

Scott was the most amazing plumber that we have ever met! He arrived on time, wore booties, had a super polite demeanor and possessed a can do attitude. Scott completed a difficult job quickly and efficiently and explained to us clearly and effectively what was happening as the process went along. We will definitely reach out to ARS/Rescue Rooter again and request Scott! Definitely a five star experience! ️️️️️

When making the appointment, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and then when Scott and Ruben came out, they absolutely made our day with good news that you will be able to fix our pipes! They were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t wait for them to come back and do the work!

Great service attitude. Clearly stated price then correctly diagnosed the problem and had my sewer up and running in a few minutes. Supervisor came and put the camera on the line to determine if I might have a problems later. Thanks Rafael and Scott. All for $83 as advertised.

Ruben came out to clean our stubborn clogged bathroom sink drain. He definitely went above and beyond, answered all my questions and gave his professional opinion as if our situation was his. Definitely an asset to the company, with a very friendly, personable, and professional demeanor, it was beyond very much appreciated.

I hate to leave bad reviews but my mom had a clogged bathroom sink and a leak underneath. I called last Friday and they said they could send someone out that afternoon. Then they canceled and said they couldn’t send anyone until Monday. Since I don’t live at my mom‘s house, I asked them to call me when they are on their way, so that I could meet with them. In Monday I never heard from them so I called and they told me that my phone number was listed as non-textable, which is not true. The technician showed up and unclogged the sink and fingers crossed fixed the leak. Should that have cost more than $500? Sounds excessive. Because of their poor customer service and excessive fee, I give them two stars.

This company is terrible. I called because our kitchen sink wouldn't drain. I told them we have a big party here tomorrow they said they would be here 12 to 3 I called every hour to see where they were only to be told someone would be here by 6pm not having them here I called another company who came out with in the hour and fixed it. DO NOT USE ARS PLUMBING

This company is another bait and switch operation. Low advertised rates for drain clearing and in-refundable $99 charge just to come by.

These people quoted $410 to simply clear out a clogged double kitchen sink.

Scammers! Greedy company

Jose and his helper Johnny were wonderful. They were very conscientious and extremely hard working. This was a big 3 day job. The reason for the lower rating was the cost, which was probably a few thousand dollars over what it should have been. Also, the billing department messed up our financing. And the only one to apologize for the error was Jose.

A tenant has sewer back up on Thanksgiving. Normal plumber wasn’t working so I called several before ARS answered. They came out within two hours of call and attempted to snake the line. Sadly there was root intrusion in the sewer line and the easy fix didn’t work. ARS gave us a quote for work to hydro jet the sewer line and install a liner but the quote was higher than competition so we went with another company.

While the quote was high, ARS still did a great job for us and Cody the plumber really worked hard to try and solve our issue for the tenants who were hosting turkey day. Much appreciated.

Thought the price was a bit high for the job, however, they were able to send someone within 2 hours of calling and Roberto was very nice, effective and professional so I suppose you get what you pay for. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Johnston and Daniel did excellent job to installed my water heater. They are prompt to respond my call and completed work before schedule time. Certainly, I will call them again if I need plumbing work.
