Duane was especially helpful and attentive when I had major drainage problems and a leaky toilet and gave estimates for any other issues he saw. Had a very positive experience and I highly recommend this service.

Work was good. No problem except they missed my leaking water heater. Just as well. I had them give me a estimate and they were 1200. Dollars more than the company I actually had do the work. So I saved 1200. /by going with another company who was equally as good and did it all in a very short time. So I learned a hard lesson. Look around more. The thing that really makes me mad is the fact that I felt fleeced by these guys and will never use them again. I think its absolutely horrible that they take advantage of people like this especially during covid times.

Our kitchen faucet is leaking from the base. Plumber came out and looked and went to get his tools. Came back saying his tools were missing and he now has to go to the store. Came back from store with tools, but was unable to take apart the faucet. Gave his best guess as to the problem but obviously he had no way of knowing for sure. We decided just to replace the faucet and made an appointment for the next day. Early into the appointment window he calls to say he won’t be able to make the appointment and that no one else could come instead. This place was terrible all the way around and I wouldn’t recommend ever.

Rafael helped out greatly today with our plumbing issue. Good guy and good attitude. Always nice when you get people like that coming around for a job. I'd definitely ask for him again when we happen to run into something else.

I had a clogged bathroom sink and was referred to Rescue Rooter. I am so glad I called them! Every person I spoke to at RR was kind and patient. Rafael is the best! He cleared the pipe and made it look effortless. I appreciated the thoughtfulness, shoe booties, and cleaning out the sink! Thank you for making a stressful day easier.

It was quite an extensive job and I have to compliment Mike who made it bearable. His patience, his explanations, his being there for you no matter what your questions were and always with a smile. The crew was also very polite and cleaned up nicely.

Carlos did a great job on replacing the toilet for me. He is very friendly and energetic, and finished the job flawlessly.

Richard called before coming which I always appreciate. He got right to work and explained the way he wouldn’t make a mess. He didn’t! He encountered a few problems from the previous installer. All in all, Richard did a great job!

Rescue Rooter sent Rafael very promptly to fix my toilet clog. He came within the ETA window and did his work right away. He put shoes plastic cover before coming into my apartment, which was nice. Rafael was very patient and efficient with everything. The toilet was fixed within 10 minutes and he made sure it was fixed by testing the flush several times before he left. Incredible service. VERY capable, very friendly, and not exorbitant. They kept me informed about the tech’s availability, and they stuck to their committed time to within an hour.
