She's also super friendly and responds in a timely manner if you have a question. The quality of the framed print, which included framing, a glazed covering, a sturdy backing, and a ready-to-go hanging wire and clip, was superb. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. She made my relatively inexpensive print something that will be around a long time.
