They said they would give me a call back and never followed up. This didn't happen once but twice already. Getting an appointment is also impossible because it seems they're always booked for the whole year every time I call in. I've been here once and they made me wait in the room for about one hour and didn't once check up on me.

Dr. Farshidi is one of the most caring doctors I have met. I followed her from her part time spot at one location to her independent location in Newport. My teen age boys love her. She is personable and wants to make you feel as comfortable as possible. She has a good eye and is quick to spot precancerous abnormalities. She’s a gem!

Dr. Farshidi is very knowledgeable and professional. Her sister, Dr. Bierman is amazing in removing Basal cells. I had 3 procedures on my head and none left any scaring. Both doctors are extremely pleasant and I can highly recommend them!

Dermatologist examinations are critical here in Southern California. MY husband, Brad, and I find it necessary to visit Dr Arta bi-anually. We are glad we do. Twice our spots were suspicious at a glance, a sample was take and removed early. Arta is about saving lives and giving our family a quality of life. We enjoy more and more of Artas heart, practice and every demological visit.

First of all, Dr. Farshidi is amazing! Her Smile lights up the room and her calm demeanor sets you at ease! I went in with a lump on my face that had been there for about a year, it was ugly, annoying and nearly had its own identity!
Within minutes Dr. Farshidi's graceful hands had removed the lump without any pain or mess! I will recommend her to all my friends and family!

I had been suffering from eczema for some time now and after seeing Dr. Farshidi, she was able to provide me with such excellent care and prompt treatment. I feel like I was taken such well care of and my eczema has greatly improved. I will happily be returning to Dr. Farshidi for any of my dermatological needs in the future. She is amazing!
