Neighbours stealing from neighbours and the office does nothing about it. Poor security. No cameras in the elevator. A woman was attacked late at night in the elevator. They did nothing about it…

The place is beautiful and breathtaking when you first visit. It has a dog wash room, a bicycle mechanic and storeage room a beautiful rooftop with awesome views. The staff all around is pretty cool. That is all the good.

The bad.
A lot of theft, parking is horrible not a good community for kids as we thought it would be. They give you key fobs to scan to enter the building that's always supposed to be locked and secure. But half for the doors in the building or open 24/7 because other tenants break them and it take weeks for them to fix it. Meaning anyone can wonder in and out the building when you think it's secure. They will tell you it's ok to park in retail over night then you get up in the morning and your car has been towed. And you will have to pay $600+ to get it out the pound. I've seen it happen to many ppl in the complex including myself and the old security guard. They towed his car while he was on the job which is crazy. Ppl speed through the complex even when children are out playing. The stair wells always stick and smell like moldy floors.ppl let their dogs poop and pee on the floors.
I've lived here for over a year and CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT!
Someone literally broke into my garage and stole some items valued over $1200.

It's a over priced college dorms layout. The hall ways are all beat up poor up keep and limited parking. By careful parking at night there's alot of drunk and high people roaming that block. Avoid!

It's frustrating that the stay at home orders have shut down the great amenities that this property offers. However, I have to admit the onsite staff is and has always been outstanding. Responsive, available, candid, doing the best they can with what they have to work with.

Terrible place. Moved out one tenant and some guy stole one of our dolly, next day leasing office gave it back, no actions taken. Police claimed.

I moved in here a couple weeks ago. I truly love my new spot and the community is so quiet. The office crew are very friendly and professional. Im excited to celebrate the holidays in my perfect apartment. The amenities are the BOMB! Check out ARTE and I’m sure you will drop that deposit!

This place is crazy beautiful and nice! They have rooftop that you can chill at night or early morning. Just simply beautiful.

My husband and I absolutely love our new place! The staff is so friendly and accommodating.
