Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 shredded pork burritos and they accidentally gave me shredded chicken. My family only discovered that when they started eating the burritos.

I called the establishment and it was 7 minutes of them talking to each other and not solving the problem. They said they could replace the burritos if we returned the old ones, which had already been cut into. The person on the phone then proceeded to blame me, saying that I was misunderstood. However, when ordering, the person at the register asked me which type of pork I wanted, meaning that they heard I wanted pork.

Arteaga's has just lost a customer for failing to solve customer complaints effectively and then deciding to blame the customer for their mistake.

This is there new location located a st in hayward. We stop there for food and picked up chicken quasadilia, they where loaded and they also put on the side lettuce, sour cream Pico de galo and guacamole

I went to offer a breakfast burrito to go and they told me it would take 40 minutes. So o didn't understand that when they had more then enough people working.

Food prices continue to creep upwards. Food is hit or miss in flavor. Staff can also be hit or miss kind wise.

Im a burrito connoisseur and love trying burritos at every Mexican meat market and taqueria nationwide and in Mexico. The taqueria in the back really hit the spot, very authentic and the asada was seasoned right and so far with no chewy fat pieces. Too drill this in even deeper, I’m currently on a low calorie/ carb diet and did some research and thought before I decided to consume some carbs and I would say it was 100% worth it. Haha

Excellent fresh meat. Fresh fruit and veggies small store. But everything is. There. To prepare delicious and healthy meal

Today my grandma took me to this taqueria, we should have never came here because she had a really terrible experience here. She had diarrhea for 2 days straight, she had a terrible stomach ache thanks to this dumb food place. My grandma ordered me the kids taco plate, the worker asked me if I wanted everything on the taco I said no cebolla. I then got the order and it wasn’t even a TACO! This food was so disgusting I recommend to never come here again!

Waited 45 minutes for a burrito and enchiladas. Got food home and they gave me a fish plate. Definitely won't be going back

I went here because someone told me they had the best nachos. We ordered to Platos mexicanos and a super nacho al pastor. As I watched the food prepared half of it was microwaved and shortly after we ate we didn't feel very well. I noticed later that the containers of salsa they had given us had all inflated and puffed up which means they were full of bacteria. When I saw that I knee why we didn't feel very well. Very disappointed.

After I paid my order, found around 10 guests behind me. The receipt says I’m 22, but cashier didn’t give me the plate of 22, until I asked for. The food is okay and it’s $17.71 with tax. This is the only restaurant nearby, so they can do whatever they want. The environment is not that good neither.

I really like this store. I regularly buy meat and other things to cook. The only thing that is a bit uncomfortable sometimes are the money transfers.

Love it here. Great affordable pricing on groceries. Surprisingly wide selection of produce and meats. Best of all the taqueria has amazing quality food and fast service. This is my to go place for Mexican food. You will not be disappointed

The food is good, good flavor, regular attention, the tortilla, although it is not fresh, is good, fair prices and don't forget to put both sauces on your tacos.

The service and customer treatment is good and you can find everything you need, very clean and you feel at home. Unfortunately, Erika, the manager, treats the employees very badly. She doesn't care that you, as a customer, have this matter on the side, Miss. You should r
Of remember. That everyone starts from the bottom, I think you should treat your employees better, remember that for all of them you also have a job.

Best Mexican food in town. Hands down best burritos, Chile renello, tacos etc. Not the best place to sit and enjoy your meal but ideal for take outs. Do avoid the peak lunch hour, they get really busy over weekends.

It’s too bad this place can’t get better help. The food is great but service is terrible. Stopped coming here a few years ago due to bad service and it taking way too long to get food.
Gave them another chance today and yet again they failed miserably. Food sat on the counter for over 10 min when I asked if that was mine they said “yes but you asked to eat here so we are waiting for the cooks to put it on a plate. ” Seriously! Food is now cold and soggy. They didn’t care and made no effort to make it right.
There is plenty of good Mexican food in town, never going to give these people my money again!
