I had several choices for turf vendors and I’m so pleased I went with Turf Exchange. Maria Angelli was nothing short of amazing! She is so professional, really knows the product lines and taught me a lot, I knew nothing about turf. Warm and friendly and let the product sell themselves. My client actually chose another turf sample through another vendor I met with. But I really connected with Maria. She went above and beyond to find that sample that Turf Exchange did not have. This was huge! It would have been so easy for me to have just used another vendor to be done with it, but I just knew I was going to be in excellent hands and I was certainly right. The entire experience from the first site visit to the installation and everything in between was absolutely incredible. The installation crew were fabulous and went out of their way to be super helpful in giving away the old Turf to a few friends who came to pick it up. The sales rep Maria was great at answering any questions, explaining the installation process, and following up. There are many choices of turf, depending on an owner’s preferences and budget. I’m very happy with the results and feel the upfront investment is well worth it. The area in question was under trees, nothing would grow in that shade. Now I’ve got a very real looking lawn, year round, no watering or mowing…and my grandchild loves playing on it.

From the beginning of the process of finding the right turf for my backyard. I met with several companies and got no less than five quotes, I found Maria, the sales agent from Turf Exchange to be professional and very helpful.

The day of the install Maria got there early to go over the process again. Not long after the whole crew arrived on time and were ready to start. It seemed that everyone knew their role and by the afternoon it was done. The supervisor made sure the yard was cleaner than when they got there.

Great experience overall with Turf Exchange from the sales agent Alan Pittle who was very professional, very personable and helped us all the way from answering all our questions on the best product to choose for our needs and was always prompt until the job was fully completed. We were looking to put fake turf for our backyard primarily for our dog area (potty area) for a couple of dogs one big and one small with minimal maintenance and they suggested raincon80 as the owner had it for his dog area. Installation team led by Pedro were great and completed on time. The turf quality is great, less and easy to maintain, and so far it works well for us. Hopefully it will look great and continue to be easy to maintain for so long. We will go with them again for our front yard. I highly recommend them.

My dogs and I are really enjoying our new turf installed by Artificial Turf Exchange. The crew was quick, efficient, and did a great job installing, in addition of doing a thorough clean up. Brad was extremely helpful in teaching me about turf, dispelling the myths and enlightening me on the improvements of the product. My lawns were ravaged by the drought and the constant bunny hangouts. The dogs love lying and sunbathing on the turf and I no longer worry about them tracking dirt in the house. Brad walked me through the whole procedure of installation and was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. I am more than pleased with the aesthetics and highly recommend Artificial Turf Exchange!

The business experience with Turf Exchange was excellent. Everything was handled with professionalism and in a timely manner. I went from estimate to full installation in one week. The sales representative gave me the best fit for my needs, which was a turf that could handle two large dogs. The installation team was very organized, showed up early in the morning and had the entire backyard project complete by early afternoon. They cleaned up the entire workspace and the turf looked excellent. The price was very fair for the quality of the work and of the product. I was completely satisfied with the work, the turf, and the business practice, (A+) rating, and I would highly recommend to others looking for artificial turf.
