Found this store by just googling it because I wanted to ring to propose to my girlfriend. I was on a budget and I couldn’t have been happier with the selection and the service. I’ve never had jewelry place in LA before but now I know that any jewelry I buy in the future will be from here. My now fiancé absolutely loved the ring. The experience could not have been better.

Besides the gorgeous designs and diamonds, what I love about Artisan LA Jewelry is the customer service. I ordered my custom wedding band during Covid, and Artisan LA Jewelry was able to get me my ring in time amongst the delays in shipping. Even when I had accepted I might not receive the band in time, Toukhig was committed to getting it to me and made it happen! I am so grateful and thankful. It looks gorgeous!

Julio is perfect for anyone looking to get engaged and trying to find the right ring or setting. My now-husband went to him to have a family stone placed in a new setting for engagement, and I couldn't love the ring more. I commonly see men looking to get engaged in there, and have given my opinion when asked on rings to several uncertain guys. Julio will always clean and re-rhodiumize my white gold setting, and even replaces small diamonds in my setting if they come loose - for free! I also had the original ring that held the engagement stone replaced with a beautiful moonstone. They did a fabulous job giving recommendation and getting exactly what I envisioned for the ring. Apart from rings, Julio's other jewelry are perfectly to my taste; delicate, clean, and showcasing the gems used. I'd love any item he makes or sells as other important milestones in my life pass. Not only is his work beautiful, but he is always smiling and happy to see me (even if he doesn't always associate my face with my jewelry or name: -P). They are prompt about emailing progress on projects. And fairly priced for the work and quality of gem provided. You will never be disappointed to use Julio and Artisan LA for all your jewelry needs!

I love Julio and this store. I was working on a new tv series "Upscale with Prentice Penny, " we wanted to feature a local jeweler who specialized in custom, unique pieces. Julio can design a piece from scratch for you with ease, he uses design software and a 3D printer so you can see what your final piece will look like before he even starts on making it. Not only did Julio knock it out of the park for our show, I went back to buy a necklace for my lady because the his work was so beautiful. Hand-made details, rare and unique cuts of gemstones, and impeccable service. We went back about a month later to get a shorter chain, no problem. Swapped out with a smile.

This is now my go-to shop for a great piece. If not just for the quality of work, but the full experience Julio provides for his customers. 5 stars, should be 10.

Julio is awesome! My fiancé worked with him to custom design my engagement ring and it is absolutely beautiful! This place is Fantastic! Julio is incredibly knowledgable and sweet. I have been in here a few times and he seems to have the right thing for every occasion. Really good range of prices and artists. Oh yeah, and I never feel like he is pushing a sale on me. I really appreciate that. It's not the case in a lot of stores.
