Living in Artisan Laguna Beach is a true pleasure. The community is authentic, secure, and full of experts who are always willing to help. Whether you are a student at LCad, a single person, a family, or a pet owner, you will feel right at home here.

The Artisan is a great place to live that is part of Laguna Beach but doesn't have the hassle of living downtown, which is only three miles away. Amenities are excellent and always maintained. Management is professional and prompt. Maintenance is excellent and fast. It's quiet, safe and pretty. I enjoy living here.

If you a new student at LCAD looking for somewhere to live, do not consider the artisan.

My roommate and I where planning to live here to make our commute to and from a local college in the area, despite the recommendations from other LCAD students and even the faculty I strongly advise finding somewhere else to live.

Upon my roommate and I even turning up to look at the property the woman who showed us around was unfriendly and extremely unwelcoming. I had been there with my parents earlier that month and we had been treated just fine, but it was as if she took one look at two college students and decided we where not worth her time.

I spoke with nearly 10 other students from this school and they immediately warned me about the many problems they had with this complex including the staff.

The most despicable and unethical folks there are. If your kids are attending LCAD, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE. There are FAR better options in the area!

I just moved across country to Artisan Laguna and they have been great! Updated units, great amenities (pool/gym/art studio/link to trails) and more. The team is super helpful and responsive. Happy to have moved to this community!

Never in my life have i seen such little care for disabled people.
I went down to laguna to visit a friend and when we came to their apartment, we found out that one, there’s no elevators nor ramps to get to ANY floor. Not even the first floor in which there’s also stairs to go down.what kind of stupid building makes stairs to get to the first floor of apartments?
While sitting outside trying to figure out if there’s ramps or not, the woman who patrols the area on a golf cart, passed by and we asked her if there were any ramps to go up and she straight up said no and offered me to be carried as if i was going to let a stranger carry me.
It’s absolutely disgusting that disabled people were not taken into consideration when building this place. I was unable to go inside my friend’s apartment due to the lack of ramps or elevators and i was left disappointed and angry. I will be getting in contact with the city to see if they can do anything about this place.for the amount of money people pay to live here, making it accessible for disabled people is the LEAST you guys can do.absolutely disgusting from your part.

I’ve been at the Artisan Laguna beach for a year and couldn’t be happier living here. From the well maintained outdoor areas & facilities, such as the pool, gym, and the dog park to the services provided such as Food Truck Wednesdays, living at the Artisan really feels like community. The Artisan leasing & maintenance teams are very friendly & always helpful. They really make living here hassle free. I had a fantastic experience during the application process and upon move-in, with the help of Tara and Lalaine. Melissa has been a wonderful resource helping me solve some problems through a couple injuries I’ve sustained on my mountain bike. I absolutely love my apartment, my quiet building and feeling like I live in a warm & welcoming community. Did I mention I can ride my bike from my apartment to the local downhill trails and to the beach? The Artisan is the best & I’m blessed to live here!

Artisan is such an amazing community to live In!
-You are surrounded with nature and clean weather and the atmosphere is so positive with friendly staff and amazing managers.
-I love the gym and the pool area since they are very clean and equipped.
-Very Quite neighborhood with accessible garages.
-There is an Art studio for those who love to paint! Well I guess there is nothing more to ask for from a community

The Artisan Laguna office and maintenance staff are great! Very responsive and quick to do requested maintenance/repairs. I have lived here for several years the maintenance requests that have had done have been completed quickly and professionally.

Been dealing with a lot of issues as of late.we will see how well they are resolved and I will return! I do like it here for the most part.
