I had a highly disappointing experience with Artisan Square Apartment. They mishandled my security deposit and even demanded an unjustified extra payment. The management's lack of communication and professionalism was evident throughout. It took legal intervention to resolve the matter, which cost me time and money. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from this complex. Proceed with caution.stay away from this place, this apartment management steal your deposit.unsafe place to live.

At first when they had different management it was bad but then they got better management, this African American managers were replaced with Margo and she was great.
Maintences was amazing Gustavo was on top of everything and I would place my work orders like at 5 am and he’s come same day, bright an early to get things done and would fix everything. I loved him and trusted him to be in my home. Probably the best maintenance experience I ever had

Lisa went above and beyond to assist with my move. She was consistent, friendly and welcoming.
Our new apartment is beautiful.
Once again, thanks to the wonderful leasing staff at Artisan Square apartments. They made my moving experience wonderful!

Rental applicants beware! They intice you with free rent for a month just to steal your application fees and deny you. My wife and I have good credit and income. 5 years of rental history and were denied for undisclosed reasons.

The managers lied and said they were waiting on rental verification and job verification they had already recieved. Gave me the run around for about a week until saying I was denied. This place is a complete ripoff!

They did not refund my money. That is another lie

Don't trust the rent drop box, they will deposit your check in their bank and send you notice that you didn't pay the rent and if you go to the office they tell you don't have your check, go bring proof from the bank that check been deposited instead of searching and finding the mistakes. I had go back and fort between the bank and the office.finally they found it after I brought bank record that they have deposited the check to their account.

Yesterday my wife, son and I went in for a tour of the place. Lisa Cook really went above and beyond answering all of our questions, concerns and more. I came away very informed and excited about a potential move in. Thank you so much Lisa. We appreciate you greatly.
