Promised purchased property would be a continuum of the “High End Luxury” type of a condominium community told to existing owners in order for our cooperation and support. In actuality, this has been built as a first time buyer complex with minimal services, virtually no security, history of severe lack of maintenance and follow thru in which we are paying for now.ie water system with absolutely no history of necessary maintenance that was needed to prevent degradation of our water system. No effort to instill a sense of communal neighborhood, Management company neglect in maintaining meeting minutes. Not even a monthly news letter let alone implied social activities to draw people together. Minimal cooperation/ responsibility from Contractor companies and their interlaced management companies.
I’m looking at you NCM and VierraMoore. Prove me wrong.

Deception and mediocrity permeates this most recent version of Artisan Square condominium.

If I could give it a negative star, I probably would! Buying a new residential property especially a first one is an emotional milestone! But Watt Communities and staff just has a different agenda! I know it’s a seller’s market and I know that you’re waiting for “next phase rollouts” but seriously they are no helping in helping someone build their “American dream”! Never mind their mission and vision statement, their numbers and statements change at every visit! Truly discouraged to invest in their business! Maybe try competitors such as The Cove or Blue Mountain since they have nice staff and you’ll get the bang for your buck!
