Been coming here since the early two thousands with my dad.been a while since i been here. I recently went still the same but can't believe how busy it is now i love this place.

Horribly slow service, owner distracted the server and bartender and drank more with friends than helped with what needed to get done. Have had good experiences before this, but the owner ruined my last visit

I was skeptical when hubby said this place had good food cause it looks like a greasy spoon dive bar. Mind you, I like dive bars, but I feel I need a Tums just thinking about food and a dive bar. This place had really great good, however. Not overly-ambitious items, but beautifully done basics like hamburgers (I had mine with Ortega chillis), perfect fried eggs, grilled Italian sausage, crispy wedge fries, etc. Honestly, it was SO good I almost took a pic of my leftovers to post. I'm looking forward to checking out the dinner menu specials!

It was a great time. I was there for taco Tuesday with my cousin. I was able to meet the new owner who was so friendly and the staff was so amazing and accommodating. Tacos were great. I definitely will be going back!

Awesome classy dive. Awesome people visit and nice people work there. The owner is a really nice man. He'll probably introduce himself to you if he is there. He really cares about his business.

I had no clue this place opens for breakfast but there was plenty people there, nice atmosphere good food and great service this morning it was a good choice to start up my day

I’m visiting from San Antonio and I ordered Chicken Parmesan and the chicken was way undercooked. The new owner was there and comped a beer for me and removed the meal. Which seemed ok at the moment. But, I felt he should have comped everything. He still charged me for a salad and a beer I had previously. I didn’t want to make a scene so I accepted the comp. I felt sick afterwards as I had eaten some of it. I simply do not recommend eating at this place. It is expensive and definitely not worth the visit. They need to get their kitchen act together. Oh and no bread available.

Looking for a dive bar that's actually a great restaurant? The new Art's is worth a try to see if it's your vibe. Good drinks and quality food coming out of the kitchen. Staff are welcoming and make you feel like part of the scene. Cheers from the West Coast.

This place has horrible people who are regulars here. For some reason they like tooting guns around and shoving them in people's face for no reason. I personally have been a victim of this act on two separate occasions. I was very disturbed when a short older white male kicked my tent early new years day. I was asleep and was only there (the mortuary next store) to stay out of the rain. I hoped out of the tent to see what the problem was only to find my self with the barrel of some hand gun pointed directly in my face. If it wasn't for my fiance grabbing her phone to record this person's actions, I probably would not be here today.

Went Last night to check out this place. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Highly recommend this establishment.
Five Star Dive Bar. Sires watch out! They are coming for ya.

New menu is not agreeable. Maybe serve breakfast all day. Took to much off old menu. Won't be back due to food menu.

New ownership. First time here. Great Angus Mushroom burger. The best burger I've ever had in Riverside (living here since 1981) or lots of other cities I've been to. Had the local Euryvale Watermelon wheat beer. They also list a Lorenzo Syrah wine which is phenomenal. Heard they are having live music this Friday June 30th at 9pm. Definitely the place to go Downtown.

Art's Bar and Grill has always been great my mother Shirley Barone worked there for 20 years I'm sorry to see that Paula is gone now at least she's going on with her life

Went there under new ownership and it is still a great place. Dre the owner and Heather the waitress are very personable. Cedric the chef is still there, so the quality of the food is still great. They’ve done some very nice improvements with plans for more. They’ve kept the same type of atmosphere that Paula, original owner had. She left it in good hands and can enjoy her retirement and go to more Dodger games. I totally recommend this place to past customers and new customers. Still working on improvements so be patient with new owner. Went again in on June 9 and it’s only got better. Great service from Alissa and the food was excellent again. They are adding live entertainment and more choices for food. Definitely recommend!
