4Juan is a great guy and really honest. Super reliable and fair pricing
One of my break caliper came off because it had a loose screw. I went here for reassurance that the new screw was ok. They lifted my car and started to tighten the screw, one of the mechanics realized that the screw was still loose but the owner made it seem like it was ok. I did not leave with reassurance. I was charged $20 but later that day the screw was loose again when I checked.
I then figured out the threads of the hole where the needle goes where worn out. I went to another place to get my caliper replaced.
Personable, honest, very fast, reasonable price. It's about all you could want!
I'm very worried about who I allowed to work on my vehicle. It's unfortunate that you can't just trust anyone nowadays. Juan and his son Mark are two amazing individuals who go the extra mile when taking care of your car. They take the time to do the job right and communicate to you anything that could possibly affect your vehicle presently or maybe even in the future. Very affordable. I would argue that it would be super challenging (maybe impossible) to find other mechanics that provide as much value and integrity as they do. They will do their best to work with you, let you know what they're seeing and what your projected cost will be on things you might not have noticed. I've recommended countless people to them and every single one of them left as a satisfied customer. I've also known others in the neighborhood that use them and they always have great things to say, every time. I have never heard a single bad thing about these guys. I've been going to them for close to fifteen years and since finding Juan, have not let other mechanics fix my ride. No reason to because these guys go WAY above and beyond! I've been using Juan since even before Mark worked there (Dad and son team) and they are a small shop that deserves business from good customers. Never greedy. Always honest. Support local small business and do yourself a favor.go to them for your mechanical car repair needs.
