They are very friendly and helpful. They have the best and fastest passport renewal service. I have ever experienced. They helped me out more than once. It was very easy to call and make an appointment to see them. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you ASAP PASSPORT

You pretty much are paying them to make an appointment for you at the post office. I did look online though and all of the appointments are not available. I don’t know if places like this are booking them all up to make you pay or it’s just genuinely that full… either way they do get you an appointment, picture, and the print out so ehh if you have the money and are in a “hurry”

What can we say but thank You! My husband and I were trying very hard to get a postal office appointment for our baby girl and it was impossible. I remembered that many years ago I went to ASAP Passport to renew mine but I didn’t remember the finer points of it so I didn’t ask the necessary questions. They were ready for us when we got there. The cost was more than I expected and there was another process I was not prepared for because this will be our little girls first passport, so I was a bit unhappy. But Karla was still amazingly calm with us and patiently walked us through the process so that I would clearly understand and she and the owner, Tina, did not take it personally when I was a bit short, but they kept it real and honest and worked with us to get the best results for us. It's great when you deal with a pro. Tina took super care of me, my son and my daughter. She knows every aspect of the best and fastest way to get passports. This is my second time and will always go back.

Honestly, I gave this place the benefit of the doubt after reading bad reviews. That was my mistake. After paying the amount of money that is being charged the passport paperwork should be perfect! 2/3 of the passport paperwork needed to be revised! One of them I noticed prior to my passport appointment and that was a misspelling of my daughters last name (this was on the second page of the application) the last one has been delayed due to an incorrect SSN being entered! I know that I needed to look through and make sure everything was correct and at a glance it was but when you are sitting in front of a person and they are acting like it is an inconvenience for you to be there, you want to try to leave as soon as possible. She was answering other phone calls, helping another woman who was completing someone else’s paperwork, and overall being unprofessional.
**my advice is if you are going to have them fill out your paperwork, read everything line by line and page by page otherwise you will have to make corrections afterwards and also be out of the money you spent to have them fill it out incorrectly! **

SCAMMER! This place is signing up for appointments in advance at the Post Office then sell it to you for $130. No wonder there is no available appointment at the passport offices/post office because this place is taking them all, so you can’t get an appointment then you’ll end up going here to pay for appointment to go to post office.

I don't usually take the time to do this, but I spent all of 20 seconds on the phone with ASAP and still was able to experience rude and dismissive service. Thanks for the welcome.

Came for a passport application. Lady filled it out for me on her computer, took photos, my payment and handed me envelope with my documents.
I went to the us post office to get the application filed, only to find it out, she never put that application in the envelope

I experienced the most smooth business transaction with this company where 10 other service companies gave me the run around and failed after 2 weeks.
I had to Apostille and authenticate a few documents going to UAE and also have the UAE verify the docs.
Alex came through in a matter of 15 days or so going through D. C.and got A-Z done.
I highly recommend him for services that even law offices can't do or bill you an arm and a leg.

Alex was very accomating to my needs and met with me at 9pm at my clients house for loan signing and he did not charge me an outrageous fee!

Although I did utilize the services at ASAP Passport, I do want to rate them at 5 stars because I went in to get my passport, the owner told me I could do it cheaper at the post office and still get my passport most likely in time for my trip. I am thankful he did not take advantage of me as he could have so easily done. Thank you! I will recommend this place if anyone needs a passport in 2 weeks or less!

I was clueless on how to get a visa and I've heard all these horror stories about the Brazilian embassy and how lackadaisical they can be. ASAP Passort told me everything I needed to bring and I had my visa a week prior to my trip. They did everything for me and were absolutely great about following up on my one thousand phone calls for updates on my visa. Ask for Alex, he was extremely helpful!
