I've been working with Lee to schedule a consultation with Dr Ghavami. From the minute I contacted the office from overseas, she has been so friendly, responsive and supportive to my circumstances. I am hopeful to get a revision rhinoplasty scheduled with Dr Ghavami this year in advance of important events in my life next year. Lee has been working with me to help accomodate me for a time that works for me with Dr Ghavami's busy schedule - it's clear that this team cares about you as an individual and your specific circumstances. Her attention to detail is also superior - she has made sure that all of my information and consultation materials are squared away and organized. I appreciate how prioritised I am. Thanks so much to Lee and the management team for a really wonderful experience.

Called and emailed to get medical records from Dr. Ghavami for the last month. In the state of California, the doctor has 15 days to provide records without legal fault. The manager (chamy) said according to hippa the office has 30 days to get the records back to the patient. Which is not true considering that is not in agreement with California state law. Easy to assume this office has zero clue what they're doing. Also, the receptionist said the office has been busy due to covid and thats why the records haven't been delivered, but that doesn't mean the office is allowed to break the law. I'm using a false name for this review, so dear Ghavami's office, please don't comment saying "your name doesn't match our medical records. " Why would I want surgical records? Because I need this massive mistake fixed.

After looking at the reviews I was skeptical of having my procedure done with this doctor. The receptionist Lee was very rude over the phone. She gave me attitude back when I asked for simple questions regarding prices of the procedure. If I’m going to pay 750 for a consultation then I deserve to have my questions answered when I call in to even provide my card number. I will not be moving forward and if you guys are going to ask for such a high consultation price then you should be polite to future patients calling in.

Beware. He completely ruined my nose and face. My nostrils are uneven and my nose is completely crooked. Please read reviews on Yelp (including spam, because he flags any negative reviews about his work) and Realself.

I've been following ghavami on social media for a while now and I have been wanting to get work done by him but unsure if I wanted to take the step to actually get surgery done. Today I finally decided to call in to ask some questions and to set up a consultation with him for the two procedures that I had been wanting to get done for year. But I was unpleasantly greeted by their receptionist lee who made me feel like I wasn't worth her time. I couldn't get an answer to any of my questions without a sigh from her, as if I was irritating her. For such a well known doctor he should have a better receptionist answering calls for prospective clients.what I thought was going to be an exciting call to make, turned out to be a aggravating experience. There is no way I would step foot into that office and spend thousands of dollars after what should've been a simple conversation to set up an appointment. I am so disappointed and disgusted as to how this business is Being ran with no customer service. Note to them- don't be rude to someone who is ready To trust and spend a ton of money on your work. I wish I never called in, just to walk away with no appointment and an absolutely terrible experience.

I was so nervous going into my surgery (I had an SCurve) but coming out I have never felt better about myself. Dr. Ghavami and his team were life changing, literally. The one second after I took my garment off to shower the first time and saw the results in the mirror still swollen, made the whole thing priceless. That being said though, you really do get what you pay for. He is the best, and I will never trust anyone else again.

I wanted to schedule a consult.with Dr.so previously I did some research on him. Thank God I did. A lot of people aren't happy with his rude stuff. The noses he does is BAD. He makes fat nostrils). And the most important he doesn't take responsibility for all of it. The wait time for a consultation is about a year (some patients said) created only for marketing purposes.

I called Dec 2018 for a consultation appt, the earliest they had was an appt for Nov 26 2019. I was sad of the 11 month wait but scheduled it because my dream was to go to dr ghavami. My consultation appt was finally a week away, my husband took time off work so we could travel to California since we’re from out of state. Dr Ghavami’s office called on Tuesday Nov 19 (just one week away from the appt that i waited 11 months for) to tell me they had to cancel because the Doctor would be out of town I said “but I scheduled this almost a year ago” the receptionist or secretary that called didn’t even apologize! Her tone towards me was very much like “you need us more than we need you”. The cancellation really sucked but it sucked more how I was treated! Not even an apology or a sincere tone of feeling bad. I said “my husband took time off work! I’ve been waiting for 11 months! We have our trip planned since we are coming from out of state! ” She still said “well he’s going to be out of town to teach” I said “can he just do it over video call? ” She responded with telling me the next time she could schedule me in for a video call consultation was June 2020! I am so sad! I really admired Dr Ghavami and looked forward to getting my surgery done with him, but I lost all the admiration I had for him and the way his staff and office work.

One of the best doctor visits I had in a long time. I usually hate going to any type of doctor because sometimes they make me feel uncomfortable. However, Dr. Ghavami’s whole team was so accommodating and made me feel right at home. Which is very crucial if you are planning on getting surgery done. Liana who is the Patient Coordinator is a pro when it comes customer service and has such an amazing personality. Let me tell you. Dr. Ghavami knows what he is talking about when it comes to diagnosing what you need. He really cares about all of his patients that sit in his chair. They really exceeded my expectations. So happy with my result!

Was an out of town pt and had a great experience. Everyone was so helpful and comforting. Dr. Ghavami is the best and was definitely worth every penny. I'm so glad I decided to go to him!

I had a PRP Facial Done and love it! The results in just 3 days were incredible. The staff and Dr were so nice and asked several times about my comfort level. The office is beautiful, I highly sugggest this facial and this office.

Had a BA and was in little to no pain after 1.5 days. If you’re going to do it, do it right. Highly recommend Dr G, and his staff made me feel like a queen through the whole process. Super responsive to my questions and felt like I was in good hands from the start.

After reading all the bad reviews, you wonder if it’s true! I called to schedule an consultation I was told it $500. Expensive but not a big deal. But I said I only want a revision on my nostrils not my nose. The receptionist was very short with me. And quoted me upward of $15,000

I have had multiple friends go into this place and come back devastated by how they were treated the front office. Such awful service, and not to mention they would go in and pay 15,000 and then come out not confident that he actually did what he said he would at all!

If i can give 10 stars i would! Thank you Dr. Ghavami. I was always afraid to do anything with my nose. U made me feel sooo comfortable and KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. It feels good to carry a conversation with somebody and not worry that their staring at your nose lol. I get compliments all the time if anybody wants to ask about my experience im available. Even tho your staff was amazing in taking care of all my needs and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Ghavami!

The reception desk was awful, so rude they tried to make it as hard as possible to receive service, I called to ask for the surgery documentation so I could show my doctor and they kept entering in the wrong address on purpose so I wouldn’t receive it. Finally 3 months later after calling every hour I got the paperwork which I don’t know how accurate it is. Ghavamis wife, Rose, seems to not like any girls who come in and want services so she will make it almost impossible for you. Save your money. Probably the most awful place and experience I’ve ever had.

Rose was so horrible, she tried to deny my surgery and cancel it in all ways possible after taking my down payment.

Dr. Ghavami is literally a God. I'm 1 year post rhinoplasty and couldn't be happier with my results. Not to mention, the staff, office, and nurse were all super amazing and helped make my experience extremely comfortable and worth every penny! One thing is for sure.you get what you pay for. Thank you Dr. Ghavami!

Staff extremely nice. Food is very good healthy and tasty. Went once last weekend and had to Come back for take out the next week. Glad it is just down the street.
