Dr. Ashkenazi is a good doctor and helped my mother, and I became his patient too. But some his staff are not organized and never respond on time and forget instructions given to them by doctor.
It happened twice when I had no choice to walk to the cilinc to ask them for job they could do over the phone. I am very disappointed

I'm sorry to say this, I like the Dr, but the staff should all be discharged!
I have been trying for 2.5 months to get a simple MRI referral slip. Can not even get a return phone call! They are rude when you call them again to follow up and act like it's somehow it's your fault they are terrible at their job and lack the slightest bit of integrity! I will never see this Dr.again due to the staff.
