4 I am literally being harassed by this office. I have heart condition and went to ER 3 times. Dr. Jesus is good but new office staff is very rude, unprofessional, make false promises they cannot uphold. Monica and Kevin both were being very rude and racist on the phone. Kevin the office manager promised 3 weeks ago that he will follow up on my referrals for pulmonary and Gastroenterologist and update me. Which he never did. Do not make false promises you cannot keep.
They always make appointments and never honor them.
Shame on you and feel sorry for healthcare field that you represent.
Advice to staff: Monica if you cannot help a patient then do not work their is always an option to quit. Same goes for Kevin for being unprofessional and negligent on paper work.
One of the worst dr office. They will never answer your phone. This office takes lunches for 2 hours and they dont open until 10 am and closes very early at 3 pm. Very unprofessional. No matter how urgent you need attention they do not care. The new office staff is even worst then old one.
Haven't even seen them yet. Called 9 times to try and schedule as a new patient and they NEVER answered their phones! Called 2 different phone numbers I was given for them and NOTHING!
Been going here for a year and still haven't gotten any answers no follow ups no referrals just blood test after blood test appointments are 4 weeks apart all the time just looking to get healthy and I get nothing but the runaround
