Picked up bedroom and living room sets from Ashley DTLA today. Great options! Excellent customer service! Manager Sohel and his associate Tanvir made the entire buying process a breeze. I’m a happy customer and would highly recommend them.

We came to browse on Halloween to just look because we were bored. Shunta was amazing! My boyfriend liked a sofa that was on a manager’s special and she was lovely helping us out. One of the things that we were worried about was port / stock problems, but the item that we chose was in stock and can be delivered in 3 days! Honestly, just not waiting for an ETA that I’ve had issues with deliveries due to covid, was just hallelujah to me.

Shunta J.was absolutely accommodating and hospitable. She was very helpful & made the process 10xs more efficient! She went out of the way to address all of our questions & offer recommendations. I certainly recommend requesting her!

I recently moved to a new apartment and Jacob and his manager Sohel were very helpful and accommodating. I bought a beautiful sectional and left a very satisfied customer. My parents bought their living room set here and they loved it. This is the reason I came and the reason why I will come back in the future.

Ashley advertises a lot in the Los Angeles Times and local SoCal media. Their downtown store is pleasant and has a convenient parking lot.

They are not super trendy but they’re also not gaudy. They try to get the best furniture and mattresses at reasonable prices. The staff is very helpful and make the shopping experience a pleasant one.

Really enjoyed shopping at this location! Shunta assisted my sister and I days prior to our purchase. I decide to come back just because of my first interaction with her.
Shanta greeted us right at the door asked what we were looking for and actually gave us a few minutes to ourselves so we could shop around w/o feeling pressured or harassed.
Instead, she check in on us a few times to answer any questions.
I LOVED being able to shop around without having a shadow over my shoulder trying to sale me some furniture.
If you stop by please ask for her, you will not regret it!

We came Ashley HomeStore to browse for our new furnitures for our new home. We browsed a few other furniture store but we could not find either appropriate price for our budget or appropriate delivery date. So, when we came here we had very low expectations. After spending almost 2 hours here we left the store with our new reclining sofa, dining room table set with chairs and dinnerwares, rug, and nice lift top rectangular middle table etc.shortly with everything we need with a 1 week delivery date! If you need any kind of furniture I highly suggest you to visit Ashley store in Broadway Street and find Brian! He will do his best to make you a happy customer. I appreciate his efforts! I asked so many questions and he patiently answered all of them! Store manager is friendly.

Staff is very unprofessional after your purchase. It's impossible to reach your sales person on the phone. They will lie to just get a sale, once you purchase the item they tell you it's not in stock for six to eight weeks

John Kim provided the absolute best customer service! We went in on a Saturday evening and helped us purchase our new couches and coffee table. He gave us the best deal. I will be back for more furniture soon. If you ever need any new furniture go look for John, he’ll help you out. Very satisfied customer:)

Came into the store to find something for my kids and was helped by a nice lady name Shontae She helped me in sooooo many ways cause I was skeptical on pricing but she explained the payment plan in a way where I felt good about purchasing. Will be back soon love going to a company that makes you feel safe and happy to shop.

I just recently moved in to my place and went into Ashley furniture just to look at couches and was greeted by Shunta J.when my friend and I walked in. Everything went right today was not feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to finance what I was getting. My friend that came with me had a horrible experience on labor day weekend at this location, So I was very hesitant to come in to this location but definitely glad I did. Let's just say Ashley furniture needs more employees like Shunta J. Thanks again to her!

Very poor customer service and don’t buy the extended warranty they just give you the run a round been waiting for an exchange for over a year so my advice if your looking for quality and good service go someplace else. I’ll never buy from Ashley’s furniture in Los Angeles or anywhere else.poor quality and cheap material.

Was going to order a sofa online but decided to go check it out in person. So glad we did! David helped us find the sofa we saw online plus other items we needed. Sohel the store manger was such a pleasure! We got the perfect sofa to match his awesome blue suit!:) EXCELLENT customer service and overall GREAT shopping experience! Highly recommend! I am starting a new life and moving can be stressful as we know. If you come here be sure to ask for Mr. John Kim! He has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about product, will make the best recommendations and is genuinely caring. If I can give 20 stars he deserves it he goes above and beyond and willing to be patient to get exactly what you want.

Our first time buying at Ashley as soon as we walked in John asked us to feel free to browse and take our time. He gave us our space and when we felt or seem like we had questions he was ready to give us his full attention to make the best decision. I feel like if it wasn't for him we probably would hqve gone elsewhere not in a bad way just that he made us feel super confortable and easy to choose and showed the options we had for our budget ask for John Kim. (Million dollar man).
