Manny was so helpful and patience. It was such a great experience shopping for our new sofa.

I was shopping for a new couch set and Marty went above and beyond to find me a sectional which I really wanted but thought it wouldn’t fit in my family room. Marty got the measuring tape and we were not only able to get what I really wanted but after he worked the numbers I was able to get a coffee table and rug and even went back a week later to purchase a bedroom set. Thanks Marty and Ashley’s furniture store. I will definitely be coming back.

Sales Personnel was very polite and helpfull without beeing abviously right behind you following you around. Yet when you had questions he was there whithin a few seconds. Greatly appreciated the non prrssure shopping.

Be careful with delivery people, there was a problem with the server we bought so they adjusted the warped doors and said it would be fine just give the doors time to straighten again. The extended warranty does not cover the warped doors and based on the delivery people we waited and the store won't do anything about it now either.

Me and my wife just spent couple thousand on furniture at this store. We haven't received our furniture yet but we were told things in store that I'm now finding out were wrong. Our daughter in law has been getting the run around with Ashley furniture, she has a warranty for her sofa and they are being jerks! The issue with the 5 stars seems that they haven't had there furniture long enough yet for them to experience Ashley warranty claims ect, I've noticed the 1 stars are often saying the same thing which raises? S. I can still refuse to accept the furniture. I would suggest to all the 1 stars to file complaints with the state if California, I had a similar issue with a company years ago, others had issues but it was my 5 page letter that shut down 6 of their stores and put people in charge behind bars. I think we need to put management on notice, anyone that enters their store record all employees with your phones and 1 stars you can post them on social media and YouTube ect, if they tell you, you can't record them ect, they are violating your 1st amendment right and they will have a nice law suit! If they wanna play people, you all need to fight back, Management, Beware, if I have a negative experience the state of California will be involved and you will all be accountable, Your faces will be posted on YouTube and other social media sites! Management- make things right with the 1 stars, if I need to help them all file against you I will, you better hope I don't have a negative experience like them!

Bill our sales man was very knowledgeable with all the products in the store and we think that's very important to understand the product your selling. Anthony, one of the managers was also very helpful as well.
All in all it was a great experience

Working with francisco Was very pleasurable and I like the fact that he had knowledge of the store I told him what I was looking for and even though they didn't have the material that I wanted he was able to show me something different that I liked just as much. If I do business with this store again and he's not available I hope the next person is acknowledgeable and kind as he was.

Very nice store, all sales personnel very welcoming. And very helpful. Our sales associate Luz was very accommodating. She showed us about 6 or more pieces until we found what we were looking for. We also were given a small discount which we appreciated and sold us. Would recommend this store to friends.

Got my Dad a Awesome recliner/incliner delivered 2 days after purchase so that makes it the second piece of furniture I bought quality in make & service.

Our sales rep Marty Brewer, was amazing. He helped us on 2 separate occasions and was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, patient and helped us find the perfect piece for our home. We will be returning for further purchases and asking for this Rep.
