12Horrible experience! I was cut on my finger because the lady filed into my skin all my nails were uneven and to top it off she tried to charge me 55 when I wouldn't pay that because I was so unhappy with the way they looked she cut them all off! This place is a disgrace and she's over charging people for some plain Jane uneven nails! I'll NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. MY FINGER IS NOW INFECTED DUE TO. HER DIRTY NAIL FILE AND DREMEL.
I did a root touch up and the lady who did it was not knowledgeable on how to do it, she put big gulps of hair dye on my hair and later they started dripping down my face and Now I have stains all over my face and they said it’s because of the body heat they started draining down I’ve been doing this for many times but never had this experience. She tried hard to get the stains out but they never came out. I also wanted an ombré done on my nails, the lady said ok and while she was doing it she couldn’t get it right she just said I’m going to do one color and didn’t do the ombré. Very disappointed about the service.
I love the place. Diane is the best. I have going there for over a year. Place is always clean and the girls are always friendly!

Too expensive, did a brazilian blowout for total of 300usd but my hair is still frizzy and dry after my 1st wash.
Everyone here are just wonderful. I come here every two weeks and it’s the highlight of my day.
