The mattress they gave me as it inflates itself in 24 hours is a bad service, I have been waiting for 2 months and nothing that the technician arrives to change it to me
Kids section looked like a garage with furniture thrown all over the place. An associate said he would come assist me and never returned. Ended up leaving the store.
Duke Nguyen is an excellent sales person with very good product knowledge. Extremly friendly & professional. We are very pleased with our experience.
Paid cash for furniture told and written delivery for the 18th now issues and sorries not delivering till the 24th happy birthday. Not from Ashley furniture but from my family. Beware will say anything to cliseca deal?
Walked in was greeted and helped by the very nice lady at the front. I believe her name was Christine. Super polite didn't hover over us while we shopped. Price matches, gave us a deal and had us in and out in less than 45mins. My type of furniture shopping. Excited for the items we picked out to be dropped off in about 2 weeks. Will definitely be back.
We had the WORST SERVICE with our delivery! The Ashley guys that came to deliver our couch absolutely REFUSED to deliver the couch to our 4th floor apartment even though there was a working elevator, stairs and they could use a furniture mover and go up the 4 floors in the parking garage!
THEY CLAIMED INSURANCE LIABILITY! They just flat out didn’t want to do it! And it was only 8: 45 in the morning. Wasn’t like this was their last delivery or anything.
They left the couch in the street while my husband and I had to desperately seek another solution. Thank the Lord that there were 2 professional movers helping someone else move in so we asked them for help and told them what had just happened. They were shocked as to the other delivery drivers REFUSAL to deliver our furniture! We had to wait over an hour, sitting on our sofa in the street for the other guys to finish their first job. And it was sprinkling off and on all the while.
We ended up giving the other helpful guys $50 bucks each to help us with the couch. With ease and within 5 minutes they had our couch on the furniture dolly and walked it up the 4 flights in our parking garage and placed it perfectly in our apartment within a matter of mins. The Ashley delivery guys were also supposed to set up our couch because it is an electric recliner on each side, we had to pay for this originally and my husband and I had to end up doing it all ourselves!
Oh and we were supposed to also have a recliner in our order but no one contacted us to let us know that it wasn’t in stock and that we would receive it sometime after the New Year!
Long story short, have a backup plan because you may not actually get your furniture delivered into your home and you’ll be left on the street with your new furniture at the mercy of others. ️
Getting anything from here is like pulling teeth. They left me a message to reschedule my delivery 3 times - and asked me to call them back each time to set a time and date, but they never answer the phone. They ended up just choosing the date on their own since they did not talk to me. So I would change my work schedule each time since I cannot communicate a better date with them. I have called multiple customer service numbers, they never answer.
My first and last purchase from Ashley Furniture… I needed a new sofa/loveseat because I was moving, but with the COVID pandemic, most furniture retailers could not deliver for 9-18 weeks minimum. I called the Laguna Hills Ashley store to confirm that a set I was interested was available. They confirmed over the phone that the set was in stock, so I drove to the store to place the order.
They said they couldn’t deliver until 9 weeks later. When I asked why the items were in stock but couldn’t be delivered they said that deliveries were backed up. I offered to pick up the sofas myself, but they said that was not how they operated. (In reality, they wanted to charge me a $120 premium delivery fee).
Cut to two months later on delivery day, I get a call at 7am from the driver saying that they only have the loveseat and the sofa is on backorder. Now they’re telling me the earliest I can have it delivered is 3 weeks later.
I get that delays happen, but I do not appreciate being lied to by bait and switch salespeople. Based on other reviews I’ve seen, this is a common theme with Ashley. Recommend Living Spaces or Wayfair.com instead.
Bruce Pavone was our sales person- He was very helpful and I was very happy with his help to find what we were looking for. He gave us very good service. I love the dinning set I bought from Ashley Furniture store in Laguna hills
Furnitures are always just furnitures. The reason I bought furnitures in this store because of the sales representive Duke Nguyen. Thanks for his patient and enthusiasm to help my family to find the furnitures we really wanted. Due to the awesome customer service, we highly recommend this store.
Terri was pleasant to work with. Not pushy at all and allowed me the space I needed to make my decision. I appreciated her attentive approach when I did have questions.

Awesome experience. Walked in and met Ronnie. He allowed us to peruse the store and answered all of our questions without hovering. We told him we needed to go home and talk and measure. We came back three days later after researching and measuring, told him what we were interested in and he worked through details with us and talked to us about all our options. We paid and walked out the door in about 30 minutes. Perfect for this buyer!
Debbie Brown was very helpful and great to work with. She took her time and listen and did not pressure us into buying something we did not want and the manger was a great help also nice to do business with recommend this place
