I just had a wonderful experience with Don Kim in choosing the leather sofa to purchasing. Very simple and quick purchase. We hope it arrives on time.

Customer service was pretty bad, we were left waiting for several minutes a few times. They were friendly enough but definitely not attentive. Won't be coming back

I received the worst service, from everyone I spoke to regarding a discount I was to to receive if I kept my table AS IS (damaged) I made multiple calls to the customer service dept. Very unprofessional kept pushing out the date of my credit, then they couldn't find any info in regards to a credit, then they told me 7-10 days three times pushing the date further and further. Spoke to supervisors that were VERY RUDE. Don't offer me something you can't deliver. Then I was told to go to the store to get my credit so I drove to the store. Finally I received my credit. I asked to speak to the manager of the store, he came out and I was trying to explain to him all that I had to go through to get my credit. (I had notes from all the people I had spoken to since Jan.and now it March. He basically did not care at all) Unfortunately I will never shop with Ashley furniture again. I was going to get a new couch and bedroom set so I will shop another store. Customer service is horrible. Also when you shop at Ashley the follow you around the store, very annoying.

This entire company is a joke.

I ordered a set of couches in early October and was told they were on backorder for four weeks. The delivery wasn't attempted until December 22nd. When the delivery attempt was made, the delivery crew that was sent couldn't figure out how to get the couches up our stairs and ended up taking the couches back. The larger couch measures out to 90" while the stairwell is 98" tall and has more than enough room in all directions to get the couch through. My girlfriend took the day off of work to be there for the delivery, so she lost a day of pay for this, and the delivery guys weren't willing to follow her simple instructions to get the couch up the stairs. Our next door neighbor also has couches that are even larger than the ones that were ordered, so there is no reason for these couches to have been returned. I contacted the customer care line and they promised that a manager would call me back within a day, but no one ever did. When I called back, the representative told me that my couches were now on back order, so I asked to speak to a manager and they let me know that the representative was wrong and that their dispatch would call me back to reschedule the delivery at a time while I am there within two days when the couches are returned to their warehouse. No one called me again, so I called the customer care line and they weren't willing to help me in any way. The customer care line told me to call the store because that's their problem, so I called the store instead and stayed on hold waiting for someone to pick up my call for fifteen minutes. I did this three times and no one ever picked up my call. I called the customer care number back and told them that no one is picking up my call at the store, so they tried transferring me to the store again and guess what, someone else from the customer care line picked up and then hung up on me. I finally got in touch with somebody at the store and they put me on hold for 21 minutes because they were busy. Once they pulled up my order, they said that their system just crashed and they would call me back once it rebooted. No one ever called me back again. After finally reaching someone else, they let me know that my couches were given to someone else and they'll be on back order for another two months.

Every single person that I talked to regarding this order told me a completely different story. All that I'm trying to do is schedule another delivery date and I can't even reach anyone to actually talk to. I've never seen or heard of such horrible service before in my life.

As I said before, this company is a joke. All I want is the couches I ordered several months ago. This is ridiculous.

Definitely blown away with our experience yesterday. James Dishman was friendly and greeted my fiancé and I as we walked in. He was patient, explained the benefits of the products we were interested in and really helped make our "first adult purchase together", easy. I would def recommend giving Ashley HomeStore a look and ask for James. He was wonderful to work with.

Stella was very helpful and professional sales person. I didn't feel pressure to buy any of the products but she took the time to explain me the benefits based on my needs as a customer. Thank you Stella, your help is really appreciated! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest representative.

Very disappointed, with everything that happened since I purchased my sectional. It has been 2 months and I still haven't received my purchase. They have changed the date 4 times and there is no one to give me a straight answer, I have lost 2 days of work and im really not sure how then can sell a product that they don't have seems illegal to me

Absolutely terrible terrible actually horrid service for such expensive items. I’ve been waiting a week for nearly 3 months for my bed to SLEEP ON to arrive once the delivery team finally got here they gave me the WRONG FURNITURE THE WRONG FURNITURE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE their customer service representative are absolutely rude and they do not care about your order. EDT oh and I called about my order and they said I refused it when it arrived on 11/27 and wasn’t there TODAY WHEN THEY SHOWED UP WITH THE WRONG ORDER practically regarding to me as a liar I have so much more to say but I hope that is enough

You cant even just roam this store in peace, the workers there are like Vultures following around the store waiting for you to die. I love the quality but I avoit this place because the workers and they're rude.

Crazy high pressure from the sales reps. They don't just let you look and shop. If you like someone talking at you while you are trying to shop this is the place for you. I don't think they could get pushier.

The worse costumer service I ever had.after 5 deliveries we are still waiting for a complete trundle bed. If you want to cancel they charges you restock fees.low quality furniture

I called to follow up on my delivery and a rep in customer service told me it would take another 3 weeks.soooo that puts it at over a month before I would get my sofas. In the mean time I am sharing an ottoman.

Do not buy furniture and mattresses are very expensive for the very very low quality I bought a mattress that supposed to cost 2000 but they had a special going on for 50% off but is very low quality you can buy better stuff at other places

Our sales associates, Iman is so unbelievably helpful and not pushy at all. He always makes our Ashley's experience a good one. He is super knowledgeable about there products. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Thanks Iman for another great experience today!
