Bad service I ordered a bed in gray and got a brown bed and they are not willing to replace it with the color I ordered my money they knew to take with a smile

Martin was the person helping is and he is the nicest most patient associate. He took the time and walked the whole store with us giving us all of his attention. Explained everything to us step by step. I thank you Martin!

Glen was awesome, he helped us pick out the couch that fit our house perfectly. I would recommend him over anyone else in the store. He knows what he is doing.

Within 3 days the USB charging port FAILED.
I did not purchase a warranty.

I needed a sleeper sofa and came in because of the
sale. The Sale is deceiving because there is no sale.
Items are at their regular discount price.
I purchased a sofa, but I had to spend more than I wanted as the delivery charges are quite high and then when tax is added it increases the price even more.
I’m happy with my purchase and was very pleased with my salesperson, Joel. He was the best; no pressure and very professional.
I would shop there again but be aware that the Sale ads are only a come-on.

Delivery guys had no masks. One of the guys had a bad attitude, and delivered my chest with damage. They were not too careful with my purchase.

I had such a great experience at Ashley's Home Store. I was greeted by the greatest salesperson the moment I walked in the store. His name was Ali.
He was very friendly and helpful. I ordered my furniture and a mattress. They were having a fabulous Labor Day sale which I absolutely appreciated.
Great selection of furniture and accessories.

There was a very rude employee here that couldn't even answer my questions. Disregarded me to go and talk to another employee at the front. Then saw him just standing around doing nothing. What a waste of money investment for the Ashley furniture place. Bad service. Where the customer service at customers should always feel priority first. SMH

If there where 0 star I would give it to them. I ordered a table with 8 chairs they delivered it, but the table has too many scratches on it and nobody helped us to replace the table. They says that they can send a technician who can fix the scratches. The brand new table should be fixed? This is crazy. They have too bad customer service ever, and this is not the first time I have an issue with this store. The worst ever and no polite talking way with the customers. I am soooo MAD. Don’t go this store they are lier and don’t help customers as they need to be helped. They postpone each thing for weeks and it takes too long to contact them. Again, the worst furniture store ever and the worst customer service.

I was assisted by Divyani De Marco and George Zaky. They were both exceptionally kind and helpful. They both made my shopping experience not only painless but enjoyable. I was on a time crunch and a budget, plus they found something to fit my style. I have recommended Ashley a few times since my experience. Thank you, I love my furniture!

Terrible experience. Our delivery was scheduled on Sunday however only half the couch was delivered! There was no communication about this ahead of time and a random weekday was offered to us for delivery of the other half of the couch. My husband and I had to take another day off work for this. There is no respect or consideration for people's times.very disappointed with the experience and lack of communication.

The Burbank sales rep, Vanna was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, very helpful. We had a delivery problem with the items we picked, and she helped us with the replacement, no problem.
I would give the store 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that their 55% off in-store "Black Friday" price turned out to be much higher than their website price.which seemed a little deceiving. So, check their website for pricing reference.

The customer service at the Burbank location is absolutely terrible and most (not all) of the employees are completely incompetent. I ordered a couch and out of nowhere they cancelled my order and had no reason to share with me as to why this happened. One employee (Lucy) blatantly lied to me saying she told me my order would be cancelled and then said she doesn't remember speaking to me. She should be fired immediately. The amount of money that customers come into this store and spend to receive this type of treatment is unacceptable. I emailed the store manager and called the store multiple times and he never responded to my email or calls. Again, completely unacceptable. Ashley corporate needs to clean house and hire professionals with adequate customer service training because these people have ruined what should have been an exciting time when moving into my new home.

My experience at Ashley's at Burbank was amazing Rashaan was amazing very helpful and patient I even ended buying more than I planned I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

When you will buy they are nice amazing and helpful. They make you buy what you dont need they give you discounts and offers that you get them online as regular price, it is almost impossible to return something even though the agent convinced you of the warranty and lastly they charge you hundreds of dollars for delivery just because they don't have stock.
My story: i bought a tempur pedic mattress value of $2199 plus tax i ended up paying $2875 because they made me buy protector which supposed to cool u just a little but actually it burns you cause it's made of nylon plus a box so that your mattress stay in straight position all this things just for the mattress warranty plus delivery charge of $269 after 3 weeks we realized that the mattress has bedbugs and after spending so many hours on the phone they finalized it by saying california doesn't return mattress. WHY! Every other store in california they do return the answer was no we dont return any delivered and handled items they do not have return policy so you begin with something and you get stuck in it be careful i don't recommend at all

If you shop here, it will bring your credit score down. I bought something on March sixth and and I played it off now it's July thirty first and it never shows that I bought or payed anything off. When I talked to the manager named Mehti he told me that the company that I got the couch through filed for bankrupt and there was nothing that he could do but I had put my trust into Ashley and they should have some responsibility over what happens to costumers because if their stores.
