RcNee was able to take the time with us as we made our decision on each item. Showed us options and really helped us make good choices. The selection was excellent of bedroom sets. There are many styles and colors to choose from. Didier A.and his Manager Jeff were very professional and courteous. They answered all our questions and financing with 0% interest. We will definitely come back when we upgrade another bedroom.

The Manger Derek is rude and disrespectful and the assistant manager Jeff is rude and disrespectful very racist attitude towards black people staff that works in the seem very distant when I came into the store thus store has it own set of rules I called the corporate office and have heard back from them I'm whole house have ashley furniture I will never give this racist store my money and my family will never shop here if I didn't need what I purchased I wouldn't have brought it they lied about price match item was on sale online but I didn't get the price match service I was sent there by my Sacramento store and experienced a racist attitude towards black people never in my life have I dealt with this

I wish I could give no star to this Ashley outlet. The reason is that we went to the outlet and we found we needed and we were ready paying for the items however the sale lady said that we can't buy it because they don't have anyone to help us put in the truck. So I requested for a manager and she disappeared for a while and came back saying oh manager said that we can't sale it right now because nobody is here to help you with them. He did not bother himself to come out of the office and tell us that. Very unprofessional people working in this location. So we left the outlet and went to living spaces and got the same thing.

Paula was beyond helpful in finding all of the furniture pieces I needed during a difficult transition. She was kind, helpful, understanding, and helped me get everything I was looking for. I highly recommend seeing her if you need any furniture or have any other related needs.
