My house was on the market for about 40 days with an old realtor before I decided I needed to hire a different realtor as I was not getting any hope from my first one. We ended up firing the first realtor and hired Ashlyn. She is a childhood friend and I would constantly see her killing it on social media with selling homes and getting her offers accepted for her clients. I made the jump to go over to Ashlyn and that same day, she had a full plan on how she would sell our home and promised she would do it in under a month.
