Don't plan on moving in if you have a family and kids, manager's always peeping over the fence looking without permission, there's a cat problem cats spraying everywhere on your tires and everything and in patios/dumpsters. If you wake up to a flat tire and don't resolve it immediately he will put a 24 hour notice to tow your car away even while you're at work And he'll make sure that your plates are up-to-date so make sure you have a new car or your tags are registered because he will also tow your car for that! Alvaro Jimenez is the Worst apartment manager ever!
Make sure to never misplaced your lease agreement because they will not provide you with another one. They are legally obligated by law to provide you with a copy, but if you don't fight it they won't. Renter beware!
I would highly recommend these apartments they are really clean, neighbors are really friendly and feels safe place to live. Only down fall is that rules are strict and not kid friendly at all. Apartment would be good for a person with no kids.
