Had a terrible experience when flying with Asiana for the first time. The agents were unhelpful and rude.

Love their humble demeanor and professionalism. Twice we were not able to board due to no fault of their own but each time, the Asiana airlines people at the ticket counter were extraordinarily sympathetic and did what they could to help us out. They took the time (2hrs), and called many different people to make sure we were getting the necessary advice although they didn't need to. Will be flying with them a lot more.

Very poor customer service. I wasn't able to board my flight because they close their check-in a whole hour before departure. Who does that? If they're going to do that at least give me fair notice in my confirmation email so that I'm aware. The Asiana employee tried to argue with me saying that it was all my fault and this information was available in my confirmation email, but I showed her the confirmation email, it did not contain the check-in time limitations. Keep doing this and pretty soon you'll lose what little customers you have left.

The agents are very helpful and friendly. They were extremely accommodating for two minors travelling by themselves to Korea from LAX.

I just came off a flight from Incheon airport to LAX with Asiana airlines. I paid a bit extra for the exit row seats for more leg room. The experience for me was very positive. From the stewardesses to the food and seating arrangement, the whole experience as a whole was well worth the money we spent. I don’t know about you, but I love taking off my shoes during fights to make me more comfortable, and so it was nice to be given a little goody bag with inflight slippers, eye mask, and earplugs. The food as I said before was actually pretty good too. So I would recommend this airline to others
