4Waited 3 hours for a basic chest X-Ray when I was told there were only 4 people before me.
Staff is rude and not helpful. They just cancel appointments without confirming they have reached the patient. All the help they gave was call this number. When people are going through a difficult time they should be more helpful rather than just saying sorry call this number. Customer service is lacking. They are not empathetic
Aspen Center was amazing! Needed a quick appointment for an MRI and they were the only imaging center able to make it happen. They also were able to move my appointment to "Rush" status and get me in a day early within an hour of my doctor asking due to new symptoms I was experiencing. Everyone from the phone to in person was extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate! I would definitely recommend them and I will be going back to them first the next time I need any kind of imaging done. Thank you Aspen for all your kindness and compassion in my time of pain!
It's was a great experience! Nice building, neat and clean facility, good location. The staff and nurses couldn't be better, kind, helpful, patient. I am very satisfied.
