I don't recommend no one to work for this company they still hour to the employs and lie from the begining their not onest company thell charge you for the uniform $95 this company is a joke they don't have any respect for the employees and as a costumer they sometime don't have a guard and they charge to the costumer like there was one the owner name he like to be call AJ he's a thieve this company is a joke

Where to start, I worked for Asset security in Firebaugh and Mendota. There wasn’t no proper training at all. I was hired with no interview and I had an expired guard card that supervisor Cesar Gomez didn’t care. Gomez would always come in to the site and complain about other guards and talk about his employee “Guards Bad things”. This is the worse experience I worked with asset security. I would notify Head owner AJ and Allen Tucker and they would ignore me and not take me seriously… they just cared about themselves very selfish owners. The guards were forced to sign COVID-19 paper forms if not when COVID-19 supplies were never provided. Gomez was the worst supervisor and always harassing all the guards, negative comments… this has to be the worse experience for me and other employees…

It's a good company too work for, all your training is provided for, and good quality hours, shifts, and pay. I came too Asset Security 4 years ago, and haven't left since. I believe in growth, and I am learning more about how the Professional Security company (Asset), work's on a daily basis.

AJ is a great instructor, he covers all the important things about being a top guard to make sure the customers & staffs is safe. I enjoyed his class and looking forward to take a few more classes from him.

Brought me in for my first job my post was childish the company always had my back through the up and downs! Highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been in Security for over 20 year's, and have chosen to work for Asset Security, because they have proven to be one of the best companies out there. They take pride in providing the best service to clients that they provide security for. I can see myself working for Asset Security for many years to come.

I have went to a few of dispensary and a.s. S.e. T officers were their. The guard were very professional and kind.

This company is run well and professional. AJ and Alan are a great team and so far everyone I’ve met is a joy to work with. Current employee again since October 2020 after coming back from not working after doing work with them on 2015 and 2017. I left for so called better opportunities and pay but here I am again back with a more friendly and family type of type of company. Both owners were high ranking officers in the prisons they worked at. Along with the office and other appointed people who help provide them backup with many different ways to keep the best service they can provide at a high level.

After working from basic to federal work I can say coming back in October has been a great decision I've made for work in a few ye When covid hit my site in December with the stay at home order they made sure I had hours and still had my accmadation of when I can and can't work in consideration.

I've seen the lows and high of this company and there has been more highs then lows. If any employee stays they didn't know what is expected or no informed about anything I can tell you that's a lie they are very paper and direction covered with full details in everyway possible. They are prepared to handle anything from small to big, shirt noticed to long term security from unarmed to armed.

Being back has given me a new life again like the last couple times I've worked for them. It's a fair playing field. You get what you want out of this buniess but with them they will work with anything you have going on to make sure things in work and life go better if they can help.

So come on join and get a jump start on your career or if you need a flexible work space and be around great management to work for come apply. Plus if you just need your licenses done this will be your one stop shop.

As a current ASSET Security employee, I highly recommend working for this company. When I was in need of a job, they hired me on the spot, and quickly gave me a reliable position at one of their many locations.

AJ Agamo, one of the company's owners, took me through the hiring process. I was confused and overwhelmed with the many steps required in order to become a licensed security guard. Thankfully, AJ was able to easily guide me through the guard card application process thanks, in part, to his many years of experience guiding others such as myself through the in's-and-out's of the security industry.

Alan Tucker, the company's other owner, and main manager, is a great inspiration to all of the security guards and supervisors working for him. His incredible work ethic and enthusiasm to deliver exceptional service to his clients pushes everyone here at ASSET to do their very best every day. He demands nothing but the best from all his employees. Of course, nobody is perfect, but, thanks to Alan, we strive to be professional and to work at a standard above most.
