18An absolute unprofessional company. Once this company learns to be professional, then I will reconsider. Until then, not interested.
If I could give no stars I would. Associa of Northern California is non responsive to our association. So many requests and no responses, crickets. I would suggest you don't hire them for anything.
The worst association management company I have had to deal with as a Realtor. It took them over a month to provide us with the required HOA docs and only after my client, the HOA board members and I reached out to them almost daily to try and make progress. It's like pulling teeth to get them to answer emails, and when they do, their responses are mostly unhelpful.
This place is the worse No one is available to return phone calls I have called I have left phone messages to my supposed property manager
and nothing. Have no idea why we keep with this company. I am an insurance broker- I value and understand the importance of communication

It’s been more than 9 months and repair work hasn’t finished yet. I had a contract with Associa and all conditions had been captured in agreement and still they post wrong dues on my account. After reaching out several times they are not adjusting th amount as per contract. I am really fed up with this process and it’s people and their way to manage this case. Have called multiple times.hold forever, tried the call back.no response. I have loan docs for a client held up for this lack of service. Just need to certify the HOA dues payed! I am a lender and do this all the time.never have had such bad service! Homeowners should not have to pay for such bad service! Still on hold and has been 33 min so I decided to write this while I wait!
Responding timely to email is important. My response is also based on the assumption that the follow up will occur. Fingers crossed!

Once I was in contact with Diane she listened to my concerns and acted with speed in getting our reply. She was more than prompt, she provided ease and assurance our request would be reviewed in a timely manner. So grateful for her.
It was a pleasure working with Diane. We had an issue with our landscaping with our Brookside Classic home. She was very courteous and helpful.
The painters did a fine job. We have only two concerns to share. At times we were concerned that they not all were wearing face masks for their own safety and for others walking by them. Also, they didn't always thoroughly clean up at the end of each day.
Great turn around time. I needed an answer quickly. I sent a email on Sunday and received a prompt reply on Monday morning.:) I’m very pleased with the service and her offer to help with anything else!
I no longer own the home. But they continue to send me HOA billing statements with late fees added. When I try to call and get this managed, I either get hung up on or sent to someones voicemail. I imagine the new owners are also paying. What a way to make money. Just double charge EVERYONE and then duck & dive!

Terrible horrible customer service.just sitting doing nothing other than neglecting and taking money $1200 a month.
Serious Maintenance issues I requested haven’t been solved nor gotten responses.
One of their employees was worst even threatened me asking for help to solve issues.
Update (12/22/20) : It’s now 2 months later, after the previous update. My impression of this business remains dismal. The line staff (Rosanne Yang, Cindi Lamin, Kelly Zibell) do not know how to maintain their own mailing lists.
I got notified today about balconies being repaired at a housing complex where I have never lived or owned property. I have never lived in the town where it’s located.
While the Associa emails come with the standard comments in fine print about the message being intended for a specific audience and if you’re not them, be aware: “ The unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or distribution of this email may constitute a violation of the Federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act. “
There is no “unsubscribe” feature visible to me.
I’m about to consult my attorney to see if this qualifies a violation of the Spam-email laws, and how to get the attention of management that this is serious, and feel harassing.

Update: On the same day I posted this negative review, I got a response from the people mentioned below that I had been unsubscribed.
Coincidence or did they finally believe me that I'd been entered in error. (How did my personal email address get added to their distribution list for owners and residents?) My estimate of this issue originating last May is not correct judging from my email archives. It may only have been the past 2 months, but the number of emails exchanged made it feel longer.
When will I be less negative about this organization? When I go several months without a notification about contractors fixing the facilities (or similar).

I am neither an owner nor a resident.
I am completely DISSATISFIED, because I have been trying to get myself removed from the mailings, since May (or earlier). I have no idea how my email got on this distribution.
However none of the people who is visible to me (Rosanne Yang, Mariam Poklong, Cindi Lamin) has taken the one- minute to unsubscribe me. And I can’t do it myself.
Makes me want to post negative reviews to Yelp, BBB, and anywhere else I can find. Hello? Customer service? Oh, I’m not a customer? Then don’t send me emails relevant to residents and owners.
