We have reached out to Gerri Bautista on three different occasions, and in every instance, she has been quick to respond, informative, and professional. It has been a pleasure to do business with APS, through Gerri.

Update: It took them SIX years to even acknowledge a review! It just reaffirmms my 1 star. The team at APS is so aloof I'm surprised they are still in buisness.

Three phone calls not returned in the last 2 weeks. Keep getting voice mail and nobody returns the call. Not the most timely HOA I have ever dealt with.

Ms Osuma was professional, concise, helpful, and clearly explained the problem with my account. She even offered and arranged the reimbursement.

ZERO stars more appropriate. My HOA has unfortunately chosen to do business with APS over the objections of the homeowners. Last year, this company collected double payments for my dues and special assessment, and failed to credit them properly. Took months to figure out. This year, they are unable to credit payments made through their own processor, Alliance Bank, accurately. Unless you like overseeing your "management company', and educating their staff, choose another company!

As a board member of our community, I have had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Ashley Rettino, the Accounts Payable contact at Associated Professional Services, a few times now. I appreciate her ability to get things done and her willingness to help. I usually email her and recently called her for over the phone assistance and to my surprise, she was available to take the call on my first attempt. I look forward to working with her for future payment needs.
