Love this place! Ian is awesome, he never tries to up sell, he truly wants to help and will try other "free" alternatives before moving into repairs.

The technician showed up explained what he needed to do. He went to his back to his van and fixed my phone. He went above an beyond. He even put a brand new screen protector on my phone after he replaced the the screen on my phone. He did amazing. Very kind also. I would highly recommend this company. Verizon insurance contract them. But I would go through this company even if I didn’t have insurance.

They got me in and out and they were very honest. I paid almost nothing and I’m back at work

I had an appointment today to fix my S21 screen. When I got there I was told that it could be up to 4 hours to repair and that there's a possibility that my phone would not be ready until tomorrow, which does not work for me as I need my phone for work. There were only two staff there. I don't get accepting appointments when short staffed. Anyways, I called a kiosk at the mall, and they had my phone fixed in an hour.

If you have a Samsung Care plan DO NOT TAKE IT THERE! Found out the painful way today that they decided to no longer support "Servify" claims from them. Oddly enough all the claims from Samsung are from Servify. So after paying a deductible, scheduling appointment with them, and then showing up, I'm told they can't do anything about it and that I should call Samsung instead. Absolutely terrible service, if you're not going to support something don't have their ads up in your business and remove yourself from their program. Don't allow people to schedule appointments with them, have them come to your place, and then tell them sorry can't do anything for you.

Seemed sketch. They "can't" fix a screen if it is in maintenance mode even though that is exactly what maintenance mode on ONE UI 5.1 is for. I'm refraining giving them a 1 star review because it's possible the tech or company policy isn't up to date with the current OS capabilites. Luckily, Best Buy (had to go to burbank, though) was able to take care of it.

Brought my laptop in because i had spilled some water on it accidentally. The laptop itself was working fine, but the trackpad stopped working entirely. They had my computer for approx. 3 days, did full diagnostics, and the trackpad was operational after a good internal parts cleaning. They didn't charge me anything! Roy was the tech who worked on mine and he was super knowledgeable. Coming here for the future!

My laptop's mousepad stopped working and I was afraid I would have to have a new one installed. The technician looked at it and simply restarted the mouse in Windows device manager. After rebooting the laptop, the mouse worked! This little repair shop is one of Santa Clarita's hidden gems.

I dropped my phone and cracked the protective screen and the home button. After pricing a new phone (yikes), I walked into Asurion to see if (fingers crossed) they could just fix the button. Their staff was extremely helpful and said they could not fix the cracked button but would have to fix the whole screen, which costs 1/3 of a new phone. Resigned to having to lay out money for a new phone, before we left, their representative suggested we implement a bypass of the home button. He helped adjust the settings and it worked beautifully and saved us a lot of money. Thank you for helping us find a solution. He didn't have to do that. We 100% recommend them based on this honest and fair exchange.

My phone died unexpectedly.well. I guess it always happens unexpectedly in the worst possible way, and then we try to scramble and put our life back together. Because let's face it, we are all attached to our phones in all ways of our lives.
So my phone died.and I brought it to a different place (not going to mention that place) where they held it for a couple of days, nothing was done.and then they were extremely rude about handling my case. In desperation I simply Googled some other nearby phone repair facility, and what a difference it was.
Asurion phone and repair shop was very straightforward about all the possible expenses and when I came back to pick up my fully working phone a couple of days later.they didn't charge me anything!
My phone glitched, and according to them all they did was to take the battery out and put it back and my phone started working again. They would not even charge me service fee.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. Especially having a bad experience prior.
